| 摘要: | 本研究以「依賦新創社會企業」創業發展歷程為例，深入發現此公司創業動機與目標，創業發展過程中的瓶頸與需求。質性研究採用文獻分析法、個案研究法、田野調查法、深度訪談法，希望由更多特定人事物，背後的問題與意義，確認焦點，發現更多的可能性。
針對研究目的，採取以下之理論假說，社會企業可以與非營利組織合作，也可以與商業機構之企業社會責任部門進行異業結盟，達成資源互補共享。
整合研究後發現，只要是有新創思維，永續發展目標一致，社會中各類型企業組織可採用創新商業模式解決經濟問題、社會問題，達到經濟創新與社會創新之目的；此反映出創新商業模式有助於改變固有的經濟與社會運作模式，提升整體社會進步之動力。
This study takes the entrepreneurial development process of "If Social Enterprises Co., Ltd." as an example to deeply discover the company's entrepreneurial motivation and goals, as well as the bottlenecks and needs in the entrepreneurial development process. Qualitative research uses literature analysis method, case study method, field investigation method, and in-depth interview method. I hope that by focus more specific people and things, the problems and meanings behind study to discover more possibilities.
For research purposes, the following theoretical hypotheses are adopted. Social enterprises can cooperate with non-profit organizations, or they can form alliances with corporate social responsibility departments of commercial organizations to achieve complementary resource sharing.
After the integrated research, it is found that as long as there is innovative thinking and sustainable development goal, various types of enterprises and organizations in society can adopt innovative business models to solve economic and social problems and achieve the purpose of economic innovation and social innovation. This reflects that innovative business models can help change the inherent economic and social operation mode and enhance the momentum of overall social progress. |
