摘要: | 「COVID-19」疫情是發生在2020年初的世界公共衛生安全問題,這一疫情波及到了世界各國(地區),對世界經濟、政治等方面產生了巨大的衝擊。「COVID-19」疫情受到了世界各國(地區)的關注,在新聞報導上也產生了一定的衝突,例如對疫情起源地、疫情現況的探討等等。這種衝突在中國大陸和台灣地區的新聞報導上體現得較為明顯,兩岸新聞媒體對「COVID-19」的報導呈現了不同角度、不同意義的闡釋,是研究兩岸新聞報導及其框架的較好切入點。
本研究以傳播學領域的框架理論為指導,選取中國大陸與台灣地區較有代表性的四家網路媒體——大陸地區《人民網》和《浙江日報》,以及台灣地區的《聯合新聞網》和《自由時報電子報》關於「COVID-19」議題的報導為研究對象,時間選擇在 2020年2月1日至2020年3月31日之間,共獲得431篇相關報導作為樣本。通過 SPSS Statistics 23軟體,對所獲樣本建構由新聞來源、表現形式、立場偏向、新聞態度、疫情名稱、報導內容、報導框架等方面進行統計與分析,探討了兩岸媒體在報導「COVID-19」疫情的新聞主題、框架等方面,有差異之處也有相似之處,大陸媒體著重於「宣傳框架」而台灣媒體著重於「政治衝突框架」,在表現形式上具有顯著差異。同時,本研究也探討了台灣媒體在使用衝突性描述對其商業性媒體本質的利弊以及大陸媒體使用宣傳框架對自身國家形象的建構作用。兩岸新聞媒體在對「COVID-19」新聞的報導上存在差異性,而其本質是源自兩岸政治、意識形態所造成的差異。
The "COVID-19" epidemic is a world public health and safety problem that occurred in early 2020. This epidemic has affected all countries (regions) in the world and has had a huge impact on the world economy and politics The outbreak of "COVID-19" has attracted the attention of countries (regions) all over the world, and there are some conflicts in the news reports, such as the discussion of the origin and current situation of the epidemic. This kind of conflict is more obvious in the news reports of mainland China and Taiwan. The news media on both sides of the Strait present different interpretations of "COVID-19" from different angles and different meanings, which is a better entry point to study the news reports and their framework on both sides of the Strait.
Guided by the framework theory in the field of communication, this study selects four representative online media in mainland China and Taiwan, namely, people's daily and Zhejiang Daily in mainland China, as well as reports on the topic of " COVID-19" in Lianhe news and liberty times e-Daily in Taiwan, From February 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020, 431 relevant reports were collected as samples. Through SPSS statistics 23 software, this paper makes statistics and Analysis on the sample construction from the aspects of news sources, forms of expression, position bias, news attitude, epidemic name, report content, report framework, etc., and probes into the differences and similarities in the news theme and framework of the "COVID-19" epidemic reported by the media on both sides of the Strait, The mainland media focus on the "propaganda framework" while the Taiwan media focus on the "political conflict framework". At the same time, this study also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Taiwan media's use of conflict description on its commercial media nature, and the role of mainland media's use of propaganda framework in the construction of its own national image. There are differences in the coverage of "COVID-19" news between the news media on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and the essence of which is the differences caused by the politics and ideology of both sides. |
