隨著對岸軍事的高速發展,兩岸的緊張情勢越來越劇烈,軍隊對人才的需求量也日益增加。特別是在基層軍官的需求方面,爭取高素質人力,已為國軍當前建軍備戰重大課題,同時,人才招募是其中非常重要的一環。本研究藉由探討大學生參於大學儲備軍官訓練團之決策研究,來了解什麼樣的因素會影響到大學生的決策,國軍能夠透過什麼樣的型式,來增加高素質的大學生進入軍中這個行業。
本研究運用問卷輔佐焦點團體的方式,探討大學生在選擇儲備軍官時會有哪些的考量因素,並透過SPSS來分析什麼的情況下是有相關性的。研究結果發現,在經濟跟軍中的福利制度方面,大部分的大學生在選擇同意跟沒意見時佔了127人(127/200),並且透過卡方檢定去分析個人內在、外在因素跟決策的動機的比較,可以看出不管是內在還是外在,對於報考動機都是有相關性的,在用焦點訪談去深度了解這些相關性背後的原因跟探討。
With the rapid development of the military on the other side (P.R.C) , the tension between the two sides of the taiwan strait has become more and more intense, and the military's demand for talents is also increasing. Particularly in terms of the needs of grassroots officers, striving for high-quality manpower is a major issue for the current military building and preparation of the national army. At the same time, the recruitment of talents is a very important part of it.
This study explores the decision-making research of college students participating in the university reserve officer training team to understand what factors affect the decision-making of college students, and what type of military can use to increase high-quality college students into the military industry.
This study uses questionnaires to assist with focus interviews to explore the considerations that college students have when selecting reserve officers and analyze what circumstances are relevant through SPSS.
The results of the study found that in terms of economic and military welfare systems, most college students accounted for 127 (200 people) when they chose to agree or disagree, and used the Chi-square test to analyze personal internal and external factors and decision-making, the comparison of motives shows that whether it is internal or external, there is a correlation to the motivation for applying for the exam. Focus interviews are used to deeply understand the reasons for and discussion behind these correlations.
