    摘要: 時代變遷衍生出青年對於自我實現的價值逐漸強調快速地實踐理想,然而對自我發展的歷程卻呈現單一、片面式思考。看似有明確的目標,實則忽略了整體發展脈絡,甚至缺乏空間探索與反思自己,成了只從歷程中聚焦於某一段愉悅、得以展現自己的經驗,使得現今嚷嚷上口的「做自己」成了空洞的口號。固然追求唯一的答案看似是人性使然,發展的歷程中忽略任何背景脈絡卻使得自我的意象猶如單薄的切片,尤其在華人文化下,自我發展更是難以忽略社會性連結關係的脈絡。某些初入社會的青年經歷職涯轉換的經驗中,不只內在面臨自我與家庭的糾結困境,外在更因為職涯抉擇不符家庭期許而引發衝突,使青年於職涯和自我的調適經驗更是體現此文化脈絡下獨特的發展和找尋真實我的歷程。
    本研究以立意取樣的方式邀請4名,男女各半之25-35歲青年進行職涯轉換經驗之生命故事敘說。並以「整體─內容」分析模式進行文本分析,將個別訪談資料整理與呈現,經綜合討論後,提出結論與建議。本研究結論呈現如下:
    一、職涯轉換歷程中青年面臨自我與家庭拉扯的失落
    (一)職涯抉擇陷入失去自我或家庭連結斷裂的雙面刃困境
    (二)職涯的發展難以追尋家庭歸屬與認同導致自我的混淆
    二、青年所面臨的拉扯與兩難困境之調適經驗
    (一)於只能二擇一的僵局中建構喘息與緩衝空間調適困境所帶來的無助
    (二)離家後所建立的穩定親密關係跨越糾結
    (三)策略性的職涯抉擇平衡自我與家庭間的矛盾
    三、調適後青年的自我覺察
    (一)職涯上接受家庭的期許進而理解被期許角色之情感意義
    (二)堅持職涯轉換的抉擇以找尋自我的歸屬
    Young adults gradually emphasize that they practice their own ideal promptly as the value of self-actualization with the changing ages. However, the idea shattered the process of self-development into pieces. It seems that young adults have accurate goal during the process of self-actualization, they actually forget complete development context, and lack reflection of themselves. Young adults eventually focus on the experience of their show off and happiness, makes the catchy phrase “Being self” become meaningless nowadays. Although it is human nature that people chase the only answer of truth, ignore any context of development slices self-image into pieces. Especially in Chinese culture, it is difficult to ignore the social connection in the process of identity. Young adults who were fresh graduate went through the career transition, they experienced the conflict between their own ideal and family expectation. The adjustment in career development represent unique identity development and the process of seeking true self.
    The study in-depth interviews with two males and two females in age 25-35 years through the career transition with purposive sampling, as well as text analysis of “Holistic-Content methods” using narrative analysis. The conclusions and recommendations are found after comprehensive discussion. Results are revealed as follows:
    1. Young adults feel a sense of loss facing the dilemma of self or family in the process of career transition.
    (1) The career choice is caught in the dilemma of losing oneself or losing family connection.
    (2) Young adults bring on an identity-confusion in a difficult situation developing the belongingness and identity.
    2. The adjustment of young adults facing the dilemma of self or family.
    (1) Young adults include a buffer and a breathing space in the dilemma to make adjustment to the helplessness.
    (2) Young adults build intimacy to adjust the struggled situation after leaving home.
    (3) Young adults make strategic career choice to adjust to the contradiction between self and family.
    3. Young adults’ self-awareness after their adjustment of dilemma.
    (1) Young adults follow family expectations and realize the meaning of family role.
    (2) Young adults insist on the choice of career transition and find the belongingness.
