Abstract:	年邁長者的身心靈健康是極重要的社會議題,在社會結構轉型進入高齡化的時代中,更加凸顯其關鍵性。在各式的社區經營計畫中,老人共餐是新興的研究目標,透過老人同聚進食,企圖改善其生理及心理的健康,增進長者彼此間的社會參與及社交互動。研究方式採田野調查,透過半結構式訪談及問卷資料之收集,在質性方面,除社區老人的評估外,並同時納入在地里長與參與志工的觀點介入,多方面瞭解社區營造及老人共餐計畫的推展現況及成效。 The physical and mental health of the elders is an important social issue, and it is even more critical in the time of becoming an aging so-ciety. The elders having congregate meals is one of the new objectives in a vatiety of community development projects. By eating together, researchers not only try to improve the elders physical and psycho-logical health, but also enhance the social participation and social in-teraction between the elders. The research based on field research, and also collects datathrough semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. In terms of qualitative researches, besides the assess of the elders in the commu-nity, it also brings into the viewpoints of the chiefs of village and the volunteers, so as to understand the current situations and results of comprehensive community construction and congregate meals for el-ders.
