    摘要: 本研究以參加第十五季 WSBL(Women's Super Basketball League)女子超級籃球聯賽 10 名選手及 108 UBA(University Basketball Association)中華民國大專院校籃球運動聯賽女生甲一級 10 名選手,共 20 名為研究對象。
In this study, 10 players from the 15th season of the WSBL (Women's Super Basketball League) women's Super Basketball League and the 108 UBA (University Basketball Association) of the Republic of China College Basketball League Girls A level 10 players, a total of 20 players are Research object. The study aimed to investigate: (1) To explore the correlation between the special physical fitness and advanced offensive and defensive data of the first-level outstanding female basketball players in the 15th season of the WSBL Women's Super Basketball League and the 108 UBA University Basketball League of the Republic of China. (2) Compare the specific physical fitness of the first-level outstanding female basketball players in the 15th season of the WSBL Women's Super Basketball League and the 108 UBA University Basketball League of the Republic of China. (3) Compare the difference in the advanced offensive and
defensive data of the first-level outstanding female basketball players in the 15th season of the WSBL Women's Super Basketball League and the 108 UBA University Basketball League of the Republic of China. Bring the offensive and defensive data of the 15th season WSBL and 108 UBA Girls A League into the advanced offensive and defensive data formula for analysis and statistics, and gather all the data of the special physical fitness test. Pearson's product difference correlation is used to explore the correlation between outstanding female basketball players' specific physical fitness and advanced offensive and defensive data, and an independent sample t-test is used to compare the differences between outstanding female basketball players' specific physical fitness and advanced offensive and defensive data of players with different
injuries. The significant level is α= .05. The result of the research is that: (1) The results related to specific physical fitness and advanced offensive and defensive data are only positively correlated (r = .629) between the USG% and the weighted reverse jump height (p <.05); in addition, the USG% and the 10-meter sprint (r = -.720), 505 directional sprint (right foot) (r = -.614), 505 directional sprint (left foot) (r = -.757) and other three specific physical fitness data showed significant moderate The relationship of negative correlation. The correlation between other special physical fitness and advanced offensive and defensive data is not up to the significant standard, so the
correlation cannot be judged. (2)The results of the differences in the specific physical fitness of the players with different injury levels, the height of the reverse jump with no injury and the experience with the injury, the peak force rate of the reverse jump with the weight, the maximum isometric muscle strength, the 10-meter sprint, the 505 change-direction sprint ( There are significant differences in physical fitness in 6 special subjects including the right foot) and the 505 change direction sprint (left foot). 3. As a result of the difference in the advanced offensive and defensive data of players with
different injuries, only the USG% has significant differences in the advanced offensive and defensive data. Among them, those without injury experience (22.5%) have a significantly higher average possession rate than those with injury experience (15.3%), which is significantly higher (p <.05). In conclusion: Specific physical fitness is very important for basketball players, but different positions, body conditions, players' talents, skills and execution, as well as physical and psychological conditions are the
keys to sports performance, and sports injuries have a certain impact on differences in specific physical fitness. In the future, coaches should pay more attention to special physical fitness tests and formulate good training schedules based on test data, so that athletes with sports injuries can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of sports injuries through movement control and practice.
