The main goal of this study is to improve the one-time success rate of on-site dyeing. Under the same formula, the mechanical dyeing conditions of small samples are adjusted. After comparing with the same conditions as the on-site dyeing mode, the dyeing conditions are adjusted and the cloth wheel is changed. The speed of water flow, the heating rate, and the holding time at high temperatures. The research results show that under the condition of the heating rate at 1℃, the 100% polyester fabric has the same degree of coloring when the temperature is maintained for 10, 20, and 30 minutes, and the fabric has reached saturation after 10 minutes. The temperature rise condition also maintains the same performance under the heating rate of 3°C, and there is no color difference due to the rapid temperature rising. However, under the condition of 3℃/min temperature rising, due to the short time in the cylinder and the small mechanical tension, the color difference value of the spandex fabric with elasticity is better than that of 1℃/min, and the depth will change with the temperature. The longer shallower. In the case of fast heating and short temperature holding of pure PET fabrics, the fabric width is narrower than the on-site dyeing, the basic weight is lower, and the color difference value △E=0.5–0.75 is kept below 1.0, but the tension of spandex fabrics is here. Under the conditions the heating or maintained temperature, the shorter the time, the better the color difference value and the lighter the code weight is than the one with the longer time. The reason is that the spandex fabric has a pre-processing project setting in the pre-treatment shrunk, so the basis weight changes. In the case of decreased basis, the width is less than 5% of 3-5 inches, and the difference is not obvious. |
