本研究主要目的為探討空巢期女性經歷過精神分析取向藝術治療介入後,空巢期相關歷程與狀態如何顯現。本研究以單一個案研究法為主,邀請一位藝術治療師與一位空巢期女性作為研究參與者,進行12次的藝術治療,每次50分鐘,為期三個月的精神分析取向藝術治療。並於治療過後,研究者將精神分析取向藝術治療會談的歷程紀錄與作品錄音影資料作為依據分析資料,以主題分析法歸納分析空巢期女性在精神分析取向藝術治療介入的歷程,透過資料觀察空巢期女性在介入歷程中的身心調適之情形。
根據研究結果,本研究結論顯示:
1. 精神分析取向藝術治療協助空巢期女性面臨未知時提升的安全感
2. 精神分析取向藝術治療協助空巢期女性提升自主性
3. 精神分析取向藝術治療協助空巢期女性平衡外在角色與自身需求
4. 可以藉由移情關係展現早期經驗藉此連結空巢期議題
5. 透過作品投射與情感外化輔助表達
6. 透過象徵化意涵面對分離議題
7. 精神分析取向藝術治療協助空巢期女性強化自我功能
最後,本研究根據研究結果,提出結論與建議供後續參與空巢期女性及精神分析取向藝術治療實務與研究工作者參考。
The main purpose of this research is identifying the reflection of how the empty nest women experience the process and state after the intervention of psychoanalytic art therapy. Based on the single-case research method, this research invited an art therapist and an empty nest female as the research participants to carry out 12 times of art therapy, 50 minutes each time, for three months. After art therapy, the researchers analyze the process of the intervention of the empty nest women in the psychoanalytic art therapy by using the Thematic analysis with the records of the talks and the audio-visual data of the works and observe the physical and mental adjustment of the empty nest women in the intervention process.
According to the results of this research, here is the conclusions:
1.Psychoanalytic art therapy helps empty-nest women improve their sense of security when facing the unknown.
2.Psychoanalytic art therapy helps empty-nest women improve their autonomy.
3.Psychoanalytic art therapy helps empty-nest women balance their external roles with their own needs.
4.We can show early experience through empathy to connect empty nest issues.
5.Assist expression through the projection of artworks and emotional externalization.
6.Face the separation issue through symbolization.
7.Psychoanalytic art therapy helps empty-nest women strengthen their ego function.
Finally, based on the research results, this study puts forward conclusions and suggestions for the reference of the follow-up practitioners and researchers participating in empty nest female and psychoanalytic art therapy.
