Abstract:	人口老化是全球的趨勢，隨著高齡化社會快速到來，協助高齡者體會晚年生活的意義與價值，乃是高齡化社會最重要的趨勢。世界各國對於老年人口增加，中高齡者成功老化的相關議題逐漸受到重視，希望使高齡者能經歷成功老化的過程，進而擁有更好的晚年生活品質。本研究擬以中高齡者為研究對象，探討中高齡者對於參與屋頂農場效益對成功老化的看法及感受，以及人格特質與社會支持是否具有兩者間之調節作用。本研究以成功老化模式為基礎，來探討中高齡者參與屋頂農場之效益與不同人格特質及社會支持之對成功老化的影響，以了解中高齡者以人格特質與社會支持為調節因子時，屋頂農場參與效益與成功老化之關聯性，藉以建立合理的研究架構，為推廣屋頂農場與成功老化之相關政策與研究提供參考。本研究採問卷調查法，以台北市新北市參與屋頂農場中高齡者為研究對象，回收有效問卷 413 份，以 SPSS 22.0 進行統計分析，研究結果顯示，人格特質與社會支持對中高齡者屋頂農場參與效益及成功老化均有正向顯著之影響，相關社福單位可依此作為加強改善屋頂農場與成功老化各層面並研擬對策之參考。 The aging population is a global tendency. As the aged society coming so quickly, the most important trend is to assist the elderly to learn the meaning and value of life during their later years. With the increasing of the aged population, the issues about successful aging of the middle-aged are emphasized, hoping the elderly enable to experience the process of successful aging and own a better quality of life in their later years. Based on middle-aged objects, this study will discuss their viewpoints and feelings of the effects on their participation in roof and successful aging. Whether the personalities and society support are the moderating factors between roof farming and successful aging will be also discussed in this study. This study would like to explore the influence of personalities and society support on roof farming participation effects and successful aging. Regarding personalities and society support as moderating factors , the relation between roof farming participation will be realized. We can set up a structure for the reference in making related policies and doing research for promotion them. This study adopts questionnaire investigation based on the middle-aged objects taking part in the roof farming in Taipei City and New Taipei City and analyzing by means of SPSS 22.0. The results appears that personalities and society support have significant positive effects on roof farming participation effect and successful aging. To the units of society welfare, the results can be the reference of improving and making policies about roof farming and successful aging.
