    Abstract: 近年來,隨著人工智能(artificial intelligence, AI)的發展,在審計查核中使用大數據和人工智慧是最新的必然趨勢,可以彌補人工審計之缺點和不足。會計師應當根據審計結果出具查核報告,並對是否存在繼續經營之疑慮發表審計意見。本研究觀察資料由台灣經濟新報資料庫(Taiwan Economic Journal, TEJ),取樣期間為2006年至2021年共16年的觀察資料,採用15個財務變數及5個非財務變數(又稱為公司治理變數)。第一階段先以決策樹CHAID、決策樹C5.0及決策樹CART進行篩選重要變數後,第二階段再運用極限學習機(Extreme Learning Machines, ELM)與支持向量機(Support Vector Machine, SVM)來建立更精確的審計查核之繼續經營預測模型。實證結果顯示,由決策樹C5.0篩選重要變數加上支持向量機所建立之模型(DT C5.0-SVM)有最佳的預測能力,其測試準確率達91.892%;訓練準確率達91.072%;型一錯誤為3.9%;型二錯誤為4.08%。
