    摘要: 金石畫派是晚清畫壇上受金石研究風尚影響而崛起的一個新畫派,以趙之謙和吴昌碩為巨擘。金石畫派在中國繪畫史上有其特殊而重要的意義,對後世產生了極其深遠的影響。長久以來,文人畫家的書法一直走的是「帖學」的老路,入清以後,從康熙到乾隆,由於帝王之所好,論書非「二王」即董、趙。結構規矩,筆畫圓融,飄逸儒雅,成為普遍的風格追求。加之在正統士子文人間流行的館閣體,更導致了書法風格流於僵化拘謹。這與畫壇上正統派末流的崇尚柔美、光潔,在單調乏味的形式上孜孜以求幾乎是同步的。到了清代中葉,考據之學大為發逹,此時書畫家已懨倦了臨摹抄襲,恰好此時出土古物不少,書畫家對漢以前中原文化簡樸古拙風尚有了新的認識和再發掘,倡導以「碑學」及古代金石碑版入書入畫,造成了「復古之極反成新」的奇效。
      金石畫派主要成就是體現在花鳥畫的創作上,而其風格特點是將書法的用筆方法以及金石篆刻的趣味等因素引入繪畫,畫風蒼勁古樸,筆墨厚重,氣勢宏偉,因而啟發筆者深入探討,希望此研究能對個人未來繪畫創作有所提領。
    Mental-Stone Painting School is a new school in the Late Qing Dynasty which is affected by the trend of metal-school research. Zhao Zhiqian and Wu Changshuo are tycoons. Mental-Stone Painting School shows special and important meanings in the Chinese painting history, and it has a far-reaching impact for posterity. Literati and painters calligraphy work has been following the old rules of “academic study of duplication of model paintings” for a long time. After entering the Qing Dynasty, discussions of calligraphy had focused on “Wang Xizhi and Wang Xianzhi'' or Dong Qichang style and Zhao Mengfu style during the period from Kangxi Emperor to Qianlong Emperor because of the preference of emperors. Common pursuit for the trend turns into regular structure, round strokes, and flowing and elegant. Official calligraphy style which is popular between orthodox literati pushes the calligraphy style to become a stiff and prudish one. This happened in the same period as the latter orthodox painting. In Mid Qing, Kaozheng has been much developed, and the literati and painters are already tired of duplication. There are many unearthed antiquities. They have new understanding and findings for the rustic trend before the Han dynasty and they advocate putting "inscriptions rubbings" and ancient metal-stone school into calligraphy and painting. This creates the magic effect which is “the extreme opposite side of vintage builds brand new appearance,”
      The major achievement of metal-stone painting school is on the flower and bird paintings. The characteristics of the style is to bring in the writing method for calligraphy and interesting factors of metal-stone seal carving. The style of painting is modest and vigorous with heavy strokes and spectacular atmosphere, and this motivates me to discuss the topic more deeply. I hope this research can help improve my painting works in the future.
