摘要: | 本研究旨在研究成年前期瘦身者的心理調適經驗,針對瘦身者從肥胖體型到決心瘦身的身心經驗,以及瘦身過程到接納自我與身體關係的心理調適做整理與討論。本研究採質性研究之現象學方法,採立意取樣的方式邀請四位研究參與者,以半結構式之深度訪談進行兩次訪談。其文本資料採用主題分析方式進行歸納與分析,得出研究結果如下:
「都是胖惹的禍?-瘦身者肥胖時的身心經驗」之共同主題包括:家庭文化、原來「胖」就是不一樣、胖的生存之道三項共同主題。從家庭、人際關係與環境文化等面向,皆能感受到因胖而被異樣對待的經驗與感受,進而發展生存策略。
「渴求蛻變的靈魂-瘦身者的瘦身經驗」之共同主題包括:瘦身動機、瘦身過程與策略、停滯與復胖三項共同主題。從中瞭解下定決心瘦身的動機,瘦身經驗之因應策略與不同瘦身階段的身心狀態。
「自我與身體的和解-成年前期瘦身者的心理調適經驗」之共同主題包括:瘦下來,又如何?、自我覺察與對話、心境的轉變三項共同主題。從中瞭解成年前期瘦身者的自我覺察與反思經驗,當接納真實的自己後,便能以新視野看待瘦身之心理調適。
依據本研究結果,提供對健康促進相關領域之建議、對學校輔導工作之建議,對關注瘦身議題者之建議,以及對未來研究之建議,期待本研究能讓成年前期瘦身者的心理調適經驗之資料與內容能夠更加豐富。
The study aims to understand the mental adjustment experience for weight loss people in early adulthood, to organize and discuss the physical and mental experiences of weight loss people from obesity to determination to loss weight, and the psychological adjustment to accept the relationship between self and body during the slimming process. This study adopts a qualitative research phenomenological approach and invites four participants to conduct two interviews in a semi-structured in-depth interview. The textual data were summarized and analyzed by means of thematic analysis, and the following findings were obtained.
The common themes of "Is it all about fat? - The physical and psychological experiences of weight loss people who are obese" include: family culture, "fat" is different, and the way to survive fat. From family, interpersonal relationship and environmental culture, we can feel the experience and feeling of being treated differently because of fatness, and then develop survival strategies.
The common themes of "The soul thirsting for transformation - The loss weight experience of weight loss people " include: motivation to lose weight, the process and strategy of losing weight, and stagnation and regaining weight. In this course, we will learn about the motivation to make up one's mind to loss weight, the strategies to cope with the slimming experience, and the physical and mental states of different slimming stages.
The common themes of "Reconciliation of self and body - the mental adjustment experience for weight loss people in early adulthood " include: What if I lose weight? By understanding the experiences of self-awareness and reflection of preadolescent weight loss people, we were able to see the psychological adjustment of slimming with a new perspective after accepting the real self.
Based on the results of this study, we hope to provide suggestions for health promotion-related fields, suggestions for school counseling, suggestions for those who are concerned about thinness, and suggestions for future research, in the hope that this study will enrich the data and content of the psychological adjustment experiences of preadult weight loss people. |
