摘要: | 在開立配方時,面對不同的染料,或者是相對敏感的染料時該如何使用正確的助劑和染程,亦或是每個染料的使用性質,使得在不管是化驗室或者現場的染色過程中,染料能更順利的分散、均染在布面上,使顏色再現性提高,降低重修的機率,是染廠追求的目標。
本研究便是探討聚酯彈性布使用不同的分散性染料染色時利用不同的助劑,探討布面均染性的問題,並使用Datacolor分光儀分析布面色外觀,觀察聚酯彈性布不同染料染色在不同助劑下的呈現效果。從研究中可得知,YULEVEL TLM導染橫條處理劑是所有助劑中均染性最好的,但也最容易造成色外觀差異。而PERMULSIN ELF液態分散劑是分散劑中均染性較佳的。且實驗結果也顯示,助劑的用量越多,會使藍色染料色外觀越來越偏黃,而紅色染料在YULEVEL TLM導染橫條處理劑和PERMULSIN ELF液態分散劑的影響下則是偏藍。且C-500螯合分散劑則是整體而言對於色外觀影響較不嚴重的。
