    摘要: 在開立配方時，面對不同的染料，或者是相對敏感的染料時該如何使用正確的助劑和染程，亦或是每個染料的使用性質，使得在不管是化驗室或者現場的染色過程中，染料能更順利的分散、均染在布面上，使顏色再現性提高，降低重修的機率，是染廠追求的目標。
    本研究便是探討聚酯彈性布使用不同的分散性染料染色時利用不同的助劑，探討布面均染性的問題，並使用Ｄatacolor分光儀分析布面色外觀，觀察聚酯彈性布不同染料染色在不同助劑下的呈現效果。從研究中可得知，YULEVEL TLM導染橫條處理劑是所有助劑中均染性最好的，但也最容易造成色外觀差異。而PERMULSIN ELF液態分散劑是分散劑中均染性較佳的。且實驗結果也顯示，助劑的用量越多，會使藍色染料色外觀越來越偏黃，而紅色染料在YULEVEL TLM導染橫條處理劑和PERMULSIN ELF液態分散劑的影響下則是偏藍。且C-500螯合分散劑則是整體而言對於色外觀影響較不嚴重的。

    When writing the recipe, how to use the correct auxiliaries and dyeing process as facing different dyes or sensitive dyes, so that it can be used in laboratory or on-site dyeing process, the dye can be dispersed and levelness on the surface of cloth more smoothly. The color reproducibility can be improved and the probability of rebuilding can be reduced, which is the goal pursued by the dyeing factory.
    This research is to investigate the dyeing of T+OP kintted fabrics with different disperse dyes and auxiliaries with the dyeing of the levelness. Datacolor spectrometer is used to analyze the color appearance, and to observe the dyeing of T+OP kintted fabrics with different dyes. The effect of dyeing under different additives. It can be known from the research that YULEVEL TLM has the best leveling among all auxiliaries, but it is also easy to cause differences in color appearance. The PERMULSIN ELF has the best leveling property among dispersants. And the experimental results also show that the more the amount of additives, the more blue dye will appear yellowish, while the red dye will be more and more partial under the influence of YULEVEL TLM dye-inducing horizontal stripe treatment agent and PERMULSIN ELF liquid dispersant. And C-500 chelating dispersant has less serious effect on color appearance as a whole.
