    Abstract: 依據國家發展委員會資料顯示,台灣於二○一八年已轉為高齡社會,推估將於二○二五年將進入超高齡社會[1];高齡社會是世界趨勢,長期照護的需求相對也愈來愈受到重視,特別是高齡者在各種生理機能的退化,在遇到災害發生時所造成的傷亡也最為嚴重;本研究在長照服務機構中針對老人行動能力提出有助於長照服務機構建築設計從防火避難角度企圖建立一個安全避難的模式,希望提供長照服務機構內的住戶能有一個安全的防火避難模式。
    本研究從參考文獻中整理老人行動模式及能力並分析影響長照服務機構逃生避難的因子,在實際案例依據分析成果,進行建築避難設施及室內裝修耐燃等級等方面的改善計畫。
    利用此成果分析建立一標準平面模矩,以此模矩考慮防火區劃、兩方向避難及有效避難設施並連結必要服務設施及消防救助及人員逃生動線,更可利用此模矩依照不同基地形狀加以延展,企圖建立長照服務機構建築物內人員安全有效的避難空間外,更希望提供給從事長照服務機構建築設計人員及相關從業人員一個安全有效的避難建議模式。

    According to the data of the National Development Commission, Taiwan has turned into an aging society in 2018, and it is estimated that it will enter a super-aging society in 2025[1]; an aging society is a global trend, and the demand for long-term care is relatively high. More and more attention is paid to the elderly, especially the degeneration of various physiological functions in the elderly, and the casualties caused by disasters are the most serious. The architectural design of the institution attempts to establish a safe refuge model from the perspective of fire escape, hoping that the residents in the institution providing long-term care services can have a safe fire escape model.
    This study sorts out the action patterns and abilities of the elderly from the references and analyzes the factors that affect the escape and evacuation of long-term care service institutions. Based on the analysis results in actual cases, improvement plans for building evacuation facilities and interior decoration fire resistance are carried out.
    Use this result analysis to establish a standard plane mold moment, which takes into account fire zoning, two-way refuge and effective refuge facilities, and connects necessary service facilities and fire rescue and personnel escape lines. This mold moment can also be used according to different base shapes. In addition to trying to establish a safe and effective refuge space for people in the buildings of long-term care service institutions, we also hope to provide a safe and effective refuge advice model for architectural designers and related practitioners engaged in long-term care service institutions.
