新冠肺炎爆發至2020年12月,已達多月,新冠肺炎對於經濟破壞,前所未見,大型經濟活動仍然持續產生呈現停擺,需要一段時間才能復原,但對於比較沒有經濟收入而在大學時間曾申請就學貸款的人員,恐會造成一些影響。
本研究採用文獻分析法,以及深入訪談法進行深入探討。本研究發現政府提供相當多的資源及空間給予社會新鮮人以及在學大學生,儘管受到疫情的影響而導致無法正常支付本息,採以從寬認定方式,政策的執行,可以幫助民眾在這段疫情期間能夠正常生活,即使已背負學貸的人員仍然有效協助解決與銀行學貸的關係。本研究貢獻可提供給身負就學貸款的民眾近一步理解政府協助民眾共度疫情的危機。
It had been more than a month since the outbreak of the COVID-19 in December 2020. The COVID-19 had never seen economic damage to the economy. Large-scale economic activities continue to occur and show a halt. It will take some time to recover. However, for the relatively low income and the university time then had applied for school loans may have some impact. The study adopted literature analysis method and in-depth interview method for in-depth discussion. The study found that the government provides a lot of resources and space for newcomers and college students in society, although they were unable to pay their principal and interest normally due to the impact of the epidemic. Adopting a leniency identification method and policy implementation can help the public during the epidemic for the period. Even those who had already taken on the student loan can still effectively assist in resolving the relationship with the bank student loan. The contribution of the study can provide people with school loans to get a closer understanding of the government’s assistance to the people to overcome the crisis of the epidemic.
