摘要: | 企業策略是拉開企業與競爭者距離的方法。隨著時代的演 進,人力資源管理,已是企業重要的部門。科技變遷迅速,人力 資源管理為了符合需要,逐漸扮演著內控的角色,影響公司整體 策略的未來發展。
由台灣經濟研究院、星展銀行、聯合報願景工程共同推動的 「2020 社會創新大調查」中指出,超過七成五以上的民眾對於社 會企業的理念感到認同。然而調查中指出,社會創新組織約有三 成業者在人才招募上面臨挑戰,主要原因來自產業吸引力有限, 影響應徵者的參與意願。
社會企業最主要的目的是希望解決弱勢群體相關的社會問 題。因此社會企業如何在社會目標與經濟目標之間取得平衡、如 何扮演好其經濟面與社會面並存的角色,確實是社會企業人力資 源管理的一大課題。
本研究以個案進行訪談,探討成真咖啡(成真社會企業)在人力 資源的選、訓、用、留的管理現況,及成真咖啡(成真社會企業)在 策略性人力資源管理在制定策略程序的現況,並且分析其策略性 人力資源管理與公司經營策略間之適配性。

According to the "2020 Taiwan Social Innovation Survey" jointly promoted by the Taiwan Economic Research Institute, DBS Bank, and the United Daily News Vision Pro-ject, more than 75% of the people agree with the concept of social enterprises. However, the survey pointed out that about 30% of social innovation organizations face challenges in recruiting talents.
This study conducted interviews with case studies to explore the management status of Come true Coffee in the selection, training, use and retention of human resources, and Come true Coffee in the development of strategic human resource management The cur- rent status of the strategic process, and analyze the suitability between its strategic human resource management and the company’s business strategy. |
