    摘要: 肖楠葉精油主要化合物均為萜類化合物,主要為單萜類氧化物、單萜類、倍半萜類氧化物及倍半萜類,其精油具有抗真菌、抗細菌、抗昆蟲、抗氧化、抗發炎等作用。
    本研究使用超臨界二氧化碳對肖楠葉進行精油萃取,探討壓力和溫度對精油產率的影響。本次實驗運用32實驗設計,對每組實驗的條件因子都設立三種水準,實驗設計的壓力條件為2000psi、3000psi、4000psi,溫度條件分別為40°C、45°C、50°C,在固定流量100NL/hr下不同的壓力及溫度每組重複三次,總共27組實驗。
    本次實驗結果利用Excel進行雙因子變異數分析及二階迴歸分析,再使用MATLAB軟體繪製反應曲面圖及利用Excel繪製預估最大產率迴歸線圖,分析各項因子間交互作用的顯著性以得到最佳之萃取條件。實驗結果顯示,在壓力3000psi、溫度45℃,會有最大預估產率2.12%,得出壓力為產率最大變因。
    The main compounds of Calocedrus formosana leaves essential oil are terpenoids, mainly monoterpenoid oxides, monoterpenoids, sesquiterpenoid oxides and sesquiterpenoids. Anti-inflammatory and other effects.
    In this study, supercritical carbon dioxide was used to extract essential oils from Calocedrus formosana leaves, and the effects of pressure and temperature on the yield of essential oils were investigated. This experiment uses a 32-experiment design, and three levels are set for the condition factors of each group of experiments. The pressure conditions of the experimental design are 2000psi, 3000psi, and 4000psi, and the temperature conditions are 40°C, 45°C, and 50°C, respectively. Each group was repeated three times for different pressures and temperatures at a flow rate of 100 NL/hr, for a total of 27 groups of experiments.
    In this experiment, Excel was used for two-factor variance analysis and second-order regression analysis. Then, MATLAB software was used to draw the reaction surface graph and Excel was used to draw the regression line graph of the estimated maximum yield. optimal extraction conditions. The experimental results show that at a pressure of 3000 psi and a temperature of 45 °C, there will be a maximum estimated yield of 2.12%, and it is concluded that the pressure is the largest variable factor of the yield.
