    摘要: 本研究是利用垃圾焚化廠的爐底渣(再利用廢棄物代碼 D-1103),底渣中其中含有SiO2、CaO、Al2O3的成分為耐火材料主要成分,汙泥的主要成分為SiO2及一些可燃物熱值達4000餘大卡,可以製作耐火保溫材料。底渣先經過分析確定成分後,以不同配比放入攪拌機內用不同轉速及水量充分攪拌混合,完成後投入鋼製模具中成形,經乾燥後,入窯燒結。在製造過程中,SiO2、Al2O3 、CaO在高溫時所形成矽灰石相,具有強度高,耐高溫。利用底渣中不同的粒形在製造時會產生的孔隙,壓製成型燒成後孔隙率高具有斷熱保溫、低密度,耐壓強度,再熱收縮小等特性,燒結完成後以JIS測試標準進行體密度、視氣孔率、吸水率、再熱收縮進行檢測。
    In this study, the slag (recycling waste code D-1103) of the waste incineration plant is used. Because the slag contains SiO2, CaO and Al2O3, The main components of the sediment are SiO2 and some combustibles.Directly to more than 4000 kcal, all can make refractory insulation materials After the characterizations of the compositions, the slag is is put into the mixer with different ratios, fully stirred and mixed by different rotation speeds and water amounts. During the manufacturing process, SiO2, Al2O3, and CaO form a wollastonite phase with high strength at high temperature. Slags with different particle shapes are used to produce pores and the bricks which are pressed and formed have the characteristics of thermal insulation, low density, high compressive strength, and small reheat shrinkage. After sintering, the bulk density, porosity, water absorption ratio, and reheat shrinkage ratio are determined according to the JIS standard.Among the samples currently produced。
