    摘要:  現今汽車車輛整車產業與汽車零組件相關產銷主要因2019年COVID-19新冠疫情的影響,波及全球主要汽車相關產業商營運,整車汽車零組件產業供應鏈在疫情時期後將面臨重大變化改革,企業競爭環境的影響,企業間合作夥伴各所需的供應鏈之合作關係,回應變化快速的競爭環境,以台灣汽車產業的發展,汽車零組件的產值已逐漸超過整車部分,其所衍生的觀點值得關注與探討。
      本研究根據文獻回顧資料整理進行訪談,找出值得探討對於台灣汽車產業各議題應用汽車零組件產業供應鏈,建議發展議題與分析並提出台灣汽車產業供應鏈策略途徑。透過此架構的建議應用,汽車產業的經營者得以詳細檢視其供應鏈之運作現況,發現問題改善機會以及提升汽車零組件供應鏈企業的競爭力,創造汽車零組件相關產業供應鏈體系之間互動利益合作。
    The production and sales of global automotive industry, including finished automobiles and auto parts, were impacted by the COVID-19 epidemic since 2019. It is expected that the supply chain of automotive industry will face major changes and reforms of competitive environment and partnership between enterprises.
      Under the variable environment, the production value of Taiwan auto part industry has outperformed that of finished automobile industry.
      The related issues are worth to be noted and discussed.
      In this study, interviews were conducted based on the literature review data. Find out what is worth discussing about various topics in Taiwan's auto industry and apply the auto parts industry supply chain.
      Suggest development issues and analysis and propose strategies and approaches for Taiwan's automotive industry supply chain.
      Suggested applications through this framework Operators in the automotive industry can examine in detail the operation of their supply chain, Identify problems and improve opportunities and enhance the competitiveness of auto parts supply chain companies.
      Create interactive and beneficial cooperation between the supply chain system of auto parts and components related industries.
