摘要:	汪明輝選手是台灣划船界的指標性人物，他歷經20年的努力參加過三屆奧運(2004雅典、2008北京、2014倫敦)；四屆亞運(2006杜哈、2010廣州、2014仁川、2018雅加達)，為台灣划船運動奪得兩面亞運銀牌選手。汪明輝面對訓練的態度，以及比賽時不服輸的精神，因此本研究透過訪問汪明輝是如何堅持、突破、調適自己？以及如何培養出其堅韌的精神力量，因此透過深入訪談，希望從中可以找出訓練方法及參考方向，作為日後培訓運動員時的參考。本研究發現就汪明輝的運動生涯發展來說，划船選手需要高強度的心理特質，再者，划船選手需要不服輸的態度，勇敢挑戰自我，就划船運動來說，希望透過多樣的比賽參與來提升划船運動的能見度，而受訪者汪明輝更是願意提供相關經驗傳承給願望投入划船運動的選手。 Wang Ming-Hui is one of the iconic rowers in Taiwan. He is a three time Olympian (2004, 2008, 2012) and had participated in Asian Games for four times (2006, 2010, 2014, 2018) where he won two silver medals. The study adopted in-depth interview to probe into how Wang cope with his trainings to develop the unyielding spirits during the competitions. How he persisted, adjusting himself and finally made the breakouts in his career were also covered in the interviews. The study intended to analyze his training methods to serve as the references for other athletes. The findings suggested, rowers require excellent psychological skills. Furthermore, the unyielding spirits also allow rowers to challenge themselves. Participations in different rowing competitions would gather more attention on this discipline and Wang would like to share his experiences with athletes in younger generations.
