As mobile and digital technologies evolve, the ways in which people and machines interact with each other are becoming more and more diverse, and the design of user APP interfaces and applications are becoming more and more sophisticated. Micro-interactions are the most common way to improve interaction in recent years, especially in the form of animated feedback, which allows users to operate smoothly and understand more easily, reducing the psychological and cognitive load.
The aim of this study is to combine Disney's animated approach with user interface to improve the interface design of apps, to meet the needs of users and to create a better user experience. Therefore, this study applies Disney's animation rules to a simple interface and an actual interface, using eye-tracking to record the user's vision and viewing behaviour. Secondary and preparatory movements allow the user's attention to be drawn to the component with the animated effect and to be guided to the next step through this component, improving the overall usability and fluidity of the application. The exaggerated effect distracts the user's attention and enhances the interface while giving the user plenty of time to react to the next step in the interface. The follow-motion effect further enhances the sense of dynamism by making parts of the main elements move. It is clear from this that the application of Disney's animation rules to the user interface can improve the design of the interface to a certain extent and make it more appealing to users.
