    摘要: 科技的演變逐漸帶動了人工智慧(artificial intelligence, AI)的發展,過往研究中發現,導入人工智慧之企業競爭力可獲提升,且此一轉型常被定位為企業不得不為之的一種組織變革。身處此一變化環境中之企業員工對於企業逐步導入人工智慧之科技壓力對其工作滿足所形成之影響仍有待進一步探討。本研究主旨在於探討導入AI於工作流程之企業,其員工對於新系統導入所感知到的科技壓力,以及面臨新系統導入時的成長需求以及職涯保障等影響因子,對於員工自覺工作滿足之影響效應之探究。研究採用問卷調查法,對象為導入人工智慧之企業員工,抽樣方法採取滾雪球取樣,總共回收108份有效問卷,經由描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等方法,瞭解各構面間的影響關係;經由統計結果可發現成長需求和職涯保障都會影響到工作滿意度,而科技壓力不會影響到原本成長需求和職涯保障對於工作滿意度的結果。希冀本研究結果可提供已導入人工智慧相關措施之企業以及未來有意導入人工智慧之企業,預應可能的影響並協助員工調適,藉以順利推動企業人工智慧轉型下人才發展與管理,研究依據獲致之結論,提出相關建議供企業營運者、政策制定者及後續研究者參考。
    The evolution of technology has gradually driven the development of artificial intelligence (AI). Past research has found that the competitiveness of enterprises can be improved massively with the introduction of artificial intelligence, and this transformation is often positioned as an organizational change that enterprises necessary to do. The impact of the technological pressure of gradually introducing artificial intelligence into the enterprise employees in this changing environment on their job satisfaction remains to be further explored. The main purpose of this research is to explore the impact of employees' perceived technological pressure, growth that each individual employee needs to come up with, as well as the influence in employees’ job satisfaction in enterprises that have introduced AI into their work environment. This research is aimed at employees who have actual experience in AI introduction. A total of 108 valid questionnaires were collected, and through descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, regression analysis and other methods to understand the influence relationship between various aspects; Through statistical results, it can be found that growth needs and career security will affect job satisfaction, while that technological pressure will not be the moderated factors toward growth needs and career security to job satisfaction. Outcomes of career security on job satisfaction. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide information for companies that have introduced artificial intelligence-related measures and companies that intend to introduce artificial intelligence in the future, to anticipate possible impacts and assist employees to adjust, anticipate possible impacts and assist employees to adjust to smoothly promote the transformation and development of enterprise AI.
