This study is from the perspective of corporate social responsibility (CSR), combined with the expectation confirmation theory, contingency theory, and impression management theory put forward by internationally renowned scholars in the past.(1)Theoretical connotation between workplace spirituality, corporate ethics and Eastern Confucianism and Taoism in Western way of thinking;(2)The interrelationship between Western thinking style workplace spirituality, corporate ethics and Eastern Confucianism and Taoism; (3)According to the research results,it can be provided to the relevant promoters of SMEs for practical reference in promoting corporate social responsibility .
This research takes Chinese SMEs who have the opportunity to contact corporate social responsibility (CSR) at present or in the future and on-the-job training students as the research objects, digitizes the content of the questionnaire, and fills in the "Google Form" to generate the URL column of the questionnaire. It is then sent to each group through the social network "LINE" which is often used by the public to ask its members to fill in. After the willing team members complete the answers, download and compile the data, and then use the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Model (Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation). Equation Model, PLS-SEM), partial least squares method SmartPLS 3.3.3 software for analysis, evaluation and confirmation.
Finally, this study demonstrates that although workplace spirituality, corporate ethics or Confucianism and Taoism have their own concepts, they all share commonalities in their connotations. Under the close economic and trade exchanges, workplace spirituality, corporate ethics and Eastern Confucianism and Taoism have been integrated into a new mode of mutual cooperation. Small and medium-sized enterprises create a good workplace method by combining traditional Confucianism and Taoism with workplace spirituality. The work is meaningful, and the mode of harmonious cooperation can be maintained regardless of the internal or external community connection. A harmonious working environment forms a positive corporate ethic invisibly, and a positive atmosphere whether it is performance in the workplace Or the promotion of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has positive benefits.
