    摘要: 街道紋理形態與社會經濟過程之間緊密牽連,使得兩者成為人們長久以來所關注的議題。源自於都市形態學分支學派的空間形構法則,可藉由拓樸連結概念,量化對於街道紋理的結構,藉此認知街道的樣貌,過往研究也指出空間形構指標對於街道形態的理解係有幫助的。都市活力作為都市的生命力,大程度取決於都市形態,若要快速理解不同紋理形態與都市活力之間的關係,則以紋理形態規整與複雜交織的臺南市為首要對象可達到較佳效果。因此,本研究的主要目的為二,一為透過空間形構指標掌握臺南市六主要區域現況的街道紋理形態,二則為透過線性迴歸分析歸納臺南市主要市區之紋理形態與都市活力兩者關係。
    本研究採用過往都市活力研究曾使用之指標,如區域點位密度(POI Density)以土地混合使用程度(原Shannon’s Diversity),試以本研究視角作代換為,街道吸引匯聚商家興趣點位(Point of Interest)能力的街道商家密度(POI Density),與區域均勻吸引各行業商家能力的行業多樣性(POI Diversity),藉此探討不同紋理形態與都市活力程度之間的關係。
    據研究成果顯示,本研究以全區選擇值、控制值、全區與地區便捷值、協同度,藉上述指標分別理解六區域街道之主要交通軸線、對周遭街道控制程度高之街道、整體與地方性系統核心、單一或多重發展軸線核心判斷以及空間明顯性等多項紋理結構特性,清楚掌握臺南市六區域之街道紋理形態現況。並藉由上述成果探討各區紋理形態指標與街道商家密度以及行業多樣性的關係,藉由線性迴歸公式也得出理想之成果,其中尤以空間明顯性佳、主要系統交通軸線清晰、次級系統紋理規整的區域,可得到更佳的解釋力。如安平區無論在街道商家密度或行業多樣性的迴歸成果表現,其相關性皆較為理想,具有極顯著的中高程度解釋力,表示該種區域若以空間形構指標對其都市活力進行解釋,則可越發貼合真實世界樣貌。反之,若空間明顯性差、交通軸線較不明顯、次級系統紋理複雜,則該種區域之解釋力則較不理想,甚難以對該區域都市活力指標進行解釋。如北區、中西區,在街道商家密度的解釋力大多不顯著,僅能以空間形構理解其紋理形態,較難以紋理形態預測其都市活力程度。最終,藉由本研究都市活力指標於各區應用成果,發現街道商家密度相比於行業多樣性,其所受到變因較少,較能泛用於各式區域當中。
    The close connection between street fabric and socio-economic process has made both of them a issue of concern for a long time. The Space Syntax derived from the branch school of urban morphology which can connect concepts through topology, quantify the structure of street fabric, and thus recognize the appearance of streets. Past studies have also pointed out that Space Syntax indicators are helpful for the understanding of street form. To quickly understand the relationship between different fabric and urban vitality, Tainan City, where fabric is regular and complex, should be taken as the primary research object to achieve better results. Therefore, the two main purposes of this study, the first is to understand the current street fabric morphology of the six main areas of Tainan City through Space Syntax indicators, and the second is to summarize the relationship between the street fabric and urban vitality of the main urban areas of Tainan City through linear regression analysis.
    This study uses indicators that have been used in previous studies on urban vitality, such as the regional point density (POI Density) and the degree of mixed land-use (formerly Shannon's Diversity). The density of street merchants (POI Density) with the ability of attract POI (Point of interest) and the industry diversity (POI Diversity) of the ability to evenly attract merchants from various industries.
    According to the research results, this study uses the Choice, Control Value, Global and Local Integration and Synergy to understand the main traffic axes of the streets in the six districts, the streets with a high degree of control over the surrounding streets, the whole and local system core, single or multiple development axis core judgment, and Intelligibility. Based on the above results, the linear regression formula was also used to obtain ideal results, especially the region which with regular fabric can get better interpretability. It usually come with several features, including the nice intelligibility, the distinct main system traffic axis, and the neat secondary system. For example, in Anping District, whether in the regression results of street business density or industry diversity, the correlation is relatively ideal, and it has a very significant medium to high degree of explanatory power, which means that if this type of area can be used to explain its urban vitality by Space Syntax indicators, It can be more closely match the real world appearance. On the contrary, if the Intelligibility is poor, the traffic axis is less distinct, and the texture of the secondary system is complex, the explanatory power of the region will be less than ideal, and it’ll be very difficult to explain the urban vitality index of the region. For example, in the North and West Central districts, the explanatory power of the density of street merchants is mostly insignificant, and the fabric form can only be understood by Space Syntax, and it’ll be difficult to predict the degree of urban vitality by fabric form. Finally, based on the results of the urban vitality index in various districts in this study. It is found that the density of street merchants is less affected by factors than the diversity of industries, and can be widely used in various areas.
