摘要: | 近幾年美妝市場蓬勃發展,化妝與保養不再是女生的權利。在媒體、直播與外來文化交錯影響下,無論男女或性別的使用者對於自己的皮膚都越來越重視。在此前提下,美妝市場的熱度居高不下,各種商品與品牌越來越多,琳瑯滿目的品項,讓使用者目不暇給,選擇困難。依據 CMRI 美妝總研的報告將市面上的保養品依照功能區分為精華液、化妝水、乳霜、臉部防曬...等10種。這麼多種的分類、功效與品項對於想要改善自己皮膚狀況的美妝使用者來說十分困擾。
本研究開發出一款基於 Android 智慧型手機的行動應用程式,允許使用者使用原生相機的拍照功能進行拍照,並可透過人臉識別確認照片是否可以作為後續使用;如果照片可以被識別為人的臉部,則後續依照不同分區位置進行切圖;切圖後的圖檔被輸入膚質與青春痘檢測模組後,可以得到程式的判斷回傳;接著應用程式根據回傳的膚質及青春痘判斷進行接下來的保養品推薦。為了能夠更為即時並考慮各種不同使用者的回饋訊息,應用程式使用儲存於雲端的保養品資料庫作為推薦參考,並將使用者給予的保養品回饋上傳到雲端供後續分析使用。
考慮到本系統使用者多數為初次使用者,為了提升操作一致性,並降低使用者學習與摸索的時間,應用程式在介面設計階段,使用Google提出的Material Design設計規範進行設計,相信這可以降低使用者的認知負荷,並提升對於系統的正向態度。為了驗證介面對於使用者有正向的影響,系統於開發完成後邀請54位使用者進行以任務為導向的實驗,並於實驗後請使用者以問卷給予回饋,問卷量表分為五個構面:視覺美感、認知負荷、系統態度、資訊品質、錯誤解決性。問卷進行分析後可發現:本實驗的各購面皆呈現 5.5 分以上的正向分數,而在認知負荷及資訊品質兩構面更得到 6.07 分及 6.34 的分數,可見介面設計達到預期目的。
本研究結合人臉膚質辨識及保養品推薦功能,並運用Material Design規範進行設計,製作一款行動應用程式,此應用程式於多構面中均得到使用者的正向態度,而未來亦可提供開架美妝商店或保養品商店在店內進行行銷展示之參考。
In recent years, the cosmetic market has been thriving. Under the influence of media and streaming. Presently, along with women, there is a rise in use of cosmetics among men. People are paying more attention to their skin and want it to be better.
Hence, such changing lifestyles, have led to the growth of the global cosmetic market. Various cosmetic products and brands. It makes people hard to make decisions. Cosmetic Marketing Research Institution categorizes skin care products into Serums, lotions, creams, face sunscreen, etc.
This research combines facial skin recognition and cosmetic product’s suggestions and makes use of Material Design as the user interface design guideline to develop an application based on a cellular phone. In this application, users take a photo of their face with the native camera. If this photo can be recognized as a person's face, the program will crop the photo according to different partitions of face (forehead, cheek, chin). After inputting the modified image to skin type classification and acne detection, it shows results of user’s skin type and acne level. In light of the results, this application will give users corresponding cosmetic product’s suggestions. Furthermore, this application utilizes cosmetic’s online database as a recommendation to considerate difference user’s feedback in real-time. Meanwhile, upload it for subsequent analysis.
To improve the process consistency , the application uses Material Design as a guideline proposed by Google for user interface design. It is believed to reduce the user's cognitive load and improve system attitude. After finishing this application, this research conducted a task-oriented experiment to verify this design. After the experiment, users were filling feedback on their feelings on a questionnaire. This questionnaire has five structures: visual aesthetics, cognitive load, system attitude, information quality, and error resolution.
As a result, every structure shows a positive score, which means this interface design achieves the expected purpose. |
