本研究旨在探討,生涯未定向、定向大學生彼此之間,於生涯故事和用以建構生涯圖像的沙盤物件上,是否有其各自的特徵,以及差異為何。研究者透過敘說研究裡的「整體-內容」,進行生涯故事分析;藉由整理沙盤物件的使用頻率,予以歸納總結。研究發現如下﹕
在生涯未定向、定向大學生的生涯故事中,出現八類共通主題,分別為﹕「自我追尋調適與確認」、「家庭支持與陪伴」、「自我懷疑與生涯不確定」、「家庭期待之限制與壓力」、「專業能力與事業投入」、「追求安穩生活」、「理想他者的增強或失落」和「家庭做為生涯前進的動力」。而兩類大學生最常使用的前三名沙盤物件類別分別為,「內在感受」、「自己/我的各種意象」、「家人」。
本研究基於上述之研究結果提出了結論,並且也對未來有興趣從事相關研究的研究者,提出了具體建議。
The purpose of this study is to explore the career vision stories and the sand objects which be used to construct the career vision pictures, in order to find the own characteristics of career decided and undecided college students, and differences between them. The narrative research method of “holistic-content” was used for career story analysis, and calculation of the frequency of the sand objects be used.
The results of this study are as follows:
Eight common themes emerged in the career stories of career decided and undecided college students: “Self-seeking adjustment and validation”, “Family support and companionship”, “Self-doubt and career uncertainty”, “Limitations and pressure of family expectations”, “Professional competence and career commitment”, “Pursuit of a stable life”, “Enhancement or loss of ideal others”, and “Family as a driving force for career advancement”.The top three most frequently used categories of sand objects are: “inner feelings”, “various images of myself”, and “family”.
According to the findings above, the researcher made suggestions for further reference.
