民俗慶典活動的舉行,不但可以增進民眾對於傳統文化的認識、加強政府對當地的基礎建設,亦可增加當地的觀光收入。具有 161 年歷史的雞籠中元節已被指定為「國家文化資產」之國定重要民俗, 參與人數逐年增加,除了需要動用到大量的人力與物力,對當地居民 而言,也同時承受著正面與負面衝擊的影響。近來,許多學者提出「負 責任環境行為」,是人們為了預防或解決問題所採取的途徑,居民們若能在節慶活動後採取負責任環境行為,便可以把節慶活動所產生的負面衝擊減到最低。因此本研究以中元祭八斗子放水燈活動,來探討八斗子居民放水燈活動之認同度、節慶衝擊與負責任環境行為間的相互影響,並採問卷調查法,於八斗子地區 6 個里,發放 300 份問卷,有效回收 293 份,回收率為 97.6%,研究結果發現,在活動認同度、節慶衝擊、負責任環境行為三個構面,皆可發現年齡較長、學歷較高、居住時間 較久、月收入較穩定者,其差異性越顯著。婚姻狀況則只在節慶衝擊 上有顯著差異性。因此,活動認同度、節慶衝擊與負責任環境行為互有顯著影響。
Effect on Environmental Responsible Behavior from Activity Identification And Festival Impact of Residents –Take Badouzi Water Lantern Activities of Ghost Festival
in Keelung for Example Student:Chieh-Fen SzuAdvisor: Prof.: Dr. Jane-Fuh Lu Chinese Culture University Abstract The traditional festival can not only strengthen the understanding about traditional culture but push forward the local primary construction. In the meantime, it can increase the sightseeing income. The Keelung Ghost Festival ,lasting for 161years, has been assigned as “Country Cultural Asset” and there are more and more people participating in. In addition to the numerous manpower and material resources, the local residents should bear the positive and negative festival impact at the same time. Currently, many scholars raise an issue of “Responsible Environmental Behavior”, which means the approach adopted by people for prevention from or solution to problems. If the residents can take an immediate responsible environmental behavior right after the festival, the negative festival impact could be slow down. So this study will discuss the interaction effect among activity recognition, festival impact, and responsible environmental behavior. And it adopts questionnaire investigation releasing 300 questionnaires in six villages in Badouzi area with 293 valid questionnaires collected. The results show that older, higher educated, lived longer, higher income Badouzi residents were more different from other groups in terms of activity recognition, festival impact and responsible environmental behavior. Marriage status showed significant variations only in festival impact. Significant influences had being confirmed among activity recognition, festival impact and responsible environmental behavior.
