| 摘要: | 身處行動接收和隨即點查的數位化社會，APP已成為日常生活的好助手，舉凡食衣住行育樂，乃至於工作專業領域，都用得到APP，繼而深化社會大眾對APP的倚賴。而行動應用企劃師扮演著推動APP製作成功與否的關鍵角色，優秀的行動應用企劃師能依據使用者習慣、市場趨勢設計及APP操作流程，進行企劃案撰寫、流程圖製作與雛型設計，進而解決問題，還能為產品創造附加價值的能力。在台灣，行動應用企劃師的培訓已成為重要的課程和教育發展方向，許多行動應用企劃師的教育課程及創作競賽於焉誕生。
本案創作者開發一套適地性行動APP，用以解決台北市關渡平原的農業永續發展問題，並且以行動應用企劃師的角色實際進行APP的設計和企劃案之撰寫，然後再投入由聯發科技股份有限公司所舉辦的「2020智在家鄉-聯發科技數位社會創新競賽」，從來自全國的眾多參賽隊伍中入圍前20名，獲得科技業界和競賽評審的肯定與認同，除了取得研發補助以實踐創作，最終還獲得獎項。創作研究者在本案中主要是負責APP的企劃和提案工作，因此本技術報告的主要目的即為探討APP開發製作中的企劃層面，將本創作的企劃發想與流程等各階段的工作內容詳實記載於此技術報告中，期望能夠使得對APP產業以及行動應用企劃工作有興趣者得以有所了解。
調查結果顯示，本作品符合農民需求，在節省成本、增加收益、提升產業競爭力、專業能力、技術信任程度、科技優化、平台操作性等多個面向，皆有正面肯定與回饋。然而青農迴游農村，及農村人口老化等問題，需要政府更多優惠與鼓勵政策，並適度鬆綁法令限制及加強資源投入。綜整而言，科技能夠幫助迴游青農在田間實作方面的經驗不足；但是要讓更多的青年願意迴游農村，則需考量經濟等主要因素。

The creator of this case developed a set of locally-appropriate mobile apps to solve the problem of sustainable agricultural development in the Guandu Plain in Taipei City, and used the role of mobile app planner to actually design the app and write the plan, and then invest in MediaTek. The "2020 Wisdom Hometown-MediaTek Digital Social Innovation Competition" organized by the Technology Co., Ltd. was shortlisted in the top 20 from many participating teams from across the country, and was recognized and recognized by the technology industry and competition review. The survey results show that this work meets the needs of farmers, and it has positive affirmation and feedback in terms of saving costs, increasing profits, enhancing industrial competitiveness, professional capabilities, technological trust, technological optimization, and platform operability. However, problems such as the migration of young farmers to the countryside and the aging of the rural population require the government to provide more preferential and encouraging policies, and appropriately loosen legal restrictions and strengthen resource input. In general, science and technology can help the migratory young farmers with insufficient field experience; but to make more young people willing to travel to the countryside, it is necessary to consider major factors such as economics. |
