    Abstract: 商圈是衡量一個城市經濟繁榮與否的重要參考指標,商圈的興盛與城市的繁榮具有極高的關聯性,台北市做為國內政治與經濟中心,依目前商業處統計約有59個商圈,其中迪化街商圈可說是最有歷史代表性。本研究收集過往迪化街商圈發展的歷史文獻與次級資料,瞭解商圈初期面貌與發展至今的歷程;並透過人流分析與消費者問卷兩種途徑,瞭解該商圈內不同時段的人流及消費者輪廓、特徵與消費行為;並以商圈踏查方式紀錄瞭解當前商圈內各街、區之業態及業種狀況。本研究結果可提供現有商圈業者更瞭解在地商圈樣貌、消費者輪廓以及消費行為,以做為日後決策之參考,亦可提供業者做為評估是否進入迪化街商圈、各街區適合經營之業態與業種的依據。
    Business district is a crucial reference where people demonstrate whether the economy in a city is prosper or not, flourish business district and prosperity of city are highly relative. Taipei city, as the center of economic and politics, there are fifty-nine of business districts in Taipei city according to the statistics of commercial department. In the among of business districts, Dihua street business district is the representative of history. This research is collected from historical documents and secondary data of Dihua street business district, to comprehend the early shapes of business district and how it developed in the past few years. Through the flow of people and the consumer survey to find out the flow of people in different time, and consumers' types, characteristics, and consumer behaviors. Further, understood the current business conditions and the types of businesses in every corner in Dihua street by actually going down the districts and do the further investigate. In conclusion, through the result of this research, it provides the appearance of the local business district, types of consumer and the consumers' behaviors for all the business departments in Dihua street. Thus, it is easier to know the types of businesses in different districts, and whether it is suitable to stationed in Dihua street.
