摘要: | 本研究旨在探討促進項特質、促進定向策略、組織公民行為及公平知覺之關係。研究採用匿名式問卷調查法,本研究之樣本為任職於公司之全職員工,且不限特定企業或產業,共計回收有效問卷241份。研究結果顯示:(1)促進定向特質正向影響促進定向策略;(2)促進定向策略正向影響組織公民行為;(3)促進定向特質正向影響組織公民行為;(4)促進定向特質經由促進定向策略之中介正向影響組織公民行為;(5)公平知覺的干擾效果未獲得支持。本研究討論研究發現在理論與實務管理上之意涵。
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among promotion regulatory focus trait, promotion regulatory focus strategy, organization citizenship behavior and fairness. The samples were the fulltime employees from various industries. Total 241 effective data were collected via anonymous survey. The results demonstrate: (1) promotion regulatory focus trait positively affects promotion regulatory focus strategy; (2) promotion regulatory focus strategy positively affects organization citizenship behavior; (3) promotion regulatory focus trait positively affects organization citizenship behavior; (4) the positive affect of promotion regulatory focus trait on organization citizenship behavior was mediated through promotion regulatory focus strategy; (5) the fairness does not moderate the relationship between promotion regulatory focus trait and organization citizenship behavior. This research discusses the implications of theory and managerial practices. |
