    Title: 舞蹈展演節目與文化政策發展之研究—以桃園市馬祖新村文創園區《竹籬笆內的桃花源》為例

    Abstract: 本研究以2019年桃園市中壢區馬祖新村文創園區《竹籬笆內的桃花源》為個案,探討舞蹈展演節目作為文化策略,對地方文化與表演團體所產生的功能與影響。研究目的如下:
    一、 探討文化政策與舞蹈展演之關係。
    二、 探討舞蹈展演節目作為文化推廣項目,對地方文化發展有何效益﹖
    三、 文化政策、表演場域與舞蹈團體三者的關係為何﹖
    四、 舞蹈節目結合文化活動,對表演舞團產生何種效能﹖
    五、 表演節目《竹籬笆內的桃花源》為參訪大眾產生何種影響﹖
    本文以個案研究法、文獻分析法、舞作分析法及訪談做為研究方法。藉由臺灣文化政策發展概況、文化藝術補助策略與表演藝術團隊之舞作等文獻資料整理並進行探討。得到以下五點結論:
    一、 文化政策與舞蹈展演之間形成互惠結盟之關係。
    二、 舞蹈展演節目作為文化推廣項目,對地方文化發展具正向實質效益。
    三、 文化政策、表演場域與舞蹈團體三者共創皆贏格局。
    四、 舞蹈節目結合文化活動,提升舞團能見度並貼近常民生活。
    五、 《竹籬笆內的桃花源》為觀賞民眾開創新的文化藝術體驗。
    《竹籬笆內的桃花源》是文化推廣策略下的新創舞作,藉以推動桃園眷村文化的發展,進而開啟對眷村文化保存意識的凝聚。本研究亦印證文化政策在採購法案的特例下,加上高品質的舞蹈節目,不僅為桃園在地歷史印記作一動態紀錄,更為舞蹈藝術、文化策略與社會價值開創完美的合作案例。
    This study uses the 2019 "Peach Blossom Spring in a Bamboo Fence" in Art Matsu New Village, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City as a case study to explore the function and influence of dance performances as a cultural strategy on local culture and performance groups. The research objectives are as follows:
    1. Explore the relationship between cultural policies and dance performances.
    2. Explore the benefits of dance performances as a cultural outreach project to the development of local culture?
    3. What is the relationship among cultural policies, performance venues and dance troupes?
    4. What kind of effectiveness does the dance program combined with cultural activities have on the dance troupes?
    5. What influence did the performance "Peach Blossom Spring in the Bamboo Fence" have for the visiting public?
    This article uses case study, literature analysis, dance work analysis and interviews as research methods. Based on the overview of Taiwan's cultural policy development, cultural and art subsidy strategies, and the dance work of the dance troupe to do literature review. Get the following five conclusions:
    1. A mutually beneficial alliance is formed between cultural policy and dance performances.
    2. As a cultural promotion project, dance performances have positive and substantial benefits to the development of local culture.
    3. Cultural policies, performance venues and dance troupes create a win-win situation.
    4. The dance program is combined with cultural activities to enhance the visibility of the dance troupes and get closer to people's lives.
    5. "Peach Blossoms in the Bamboo Fence" opens up a new cultural and artistic experience for the audience.
    "Peach Blossoms in the Bamboo Fence" is a new dance work under the cultural promotion strategy, which promotes the development of Taoyuan military village culture and opens up the cohesion of the awareness of cultural preservation in the military villages. This research also confirms that the cultural policy under the special case of the Government Procurement Act, coupled with high-quality dance programs, not only serves as a dynamic record of Taoyuan’s local historical imprint, but also creates a perfect cooperation case for dance art, cultural strategies and social values.
