摘要:	近年來隨著社會結構變遷以及科技資訊的迅速發展，推動社會公益與促進地方社區產業的發展也隨之多元且更多可能性，從早期普遍認知的社會企業責任直到近兩三年來政府力推的社會創新模式。本研究主要針對國內里長推動地方社區公益活動的運行模式進入深入探討，了解各社區所發展的現況與未來發展性，探討地方社區更多元便利且完善的發展。本研究將以深度訪談法進行分析研究，以台北市南港區里長為個案進行訪談，深入了解各里長對於轄區推動公益活動的範疇類別、經營方式及目標，並探討社會創新的可行性及發展性，如何運用地方既有資源，結合地方中小創業行動者與社會公益，提供更完善且可永續發展的模式。整體而言，本研究之研究成果期望能提供未來相關地方社區欲運用社會創新概念來推動結合地方中小產業與社會公益相關研究之參考。 Recent years, with the changes in social structure and the rapid development of scientific and technological information, the promotion of social welfare and the development of local community industries has also become diversified and more possibilities. From the early generally recognized social enterprise responsibility to the government's efforts on social innovation model in the past two or three years. This research mainly focuses on the in-depth discussion of the operation mode of local community public welfare activities promoted by the domestic chiefs, to understand the current development and future development of each community, and to explore the more convenient and complete development of local communities. This research will use in-depth interview method to conduct analysis and research, take several village chiefs of Nangang District in Taipei City as examples to conduct interviews, in-depth understanding of the categories, business methods and objectives of the district chiefs to promote public welfare activities in their jurisdictions, and explore the feasibility and feasibility of social innovation. Figuring out how to use local existing resources, combine local small and medium entrepreneurial actors and social welfare, to provide a more complete and sustainable development model. Overall, the research results of this study are expected to provide references for relevant local communities to use social innovation concepts to promote the integration of local small and medium-sized industries and social welfare related research in the future.
