    摘要: 本研究主要來探討濕式微多孔上膠與濕式微多孔貼膜等兩種後加工方式應用於防水透濕織物之各物性比較。0.03mm上膠量之濕式微多孔上膠擁有最佳之透濕度,平均達9271.19 g /m2‧24hrs,濕式微多孔貼膜透濕度較差,其平均透濕度為4316.49 g /m2‧24hrs。濕式微多孔貼膜擁有最佳之耐水壓,平均耐水壓達18369 mmH2O,0.03mm上膠量之濕式微多孔上膠耐水壓較差,平均耐水壓為9506 mmH2O。濕式微多孔貼膜擁有最佳之剝離強度,其經向剝離強度為1.367kgf/inch,緯向剝離強度為1.680kgf/inch。0.03mm上膠量之濕式微多孔上膠,其剝離強度較差,經向為0.776 kgf/inch,緯向為0.852 kgf/inch。經水洗測試後,濕式微多孔上膠之耐水壓及剝離強度下降較多,但透濕度有所提升。濕式微多孔貼膜之耐水壓及剝離強度下降較少,但透濕度上升量也較少。
    This research mainly discusses the comparison of the physical properties of two post-processing methods, such as wet microporous sizing and wet microporous film, applied to waterproof and moisture-permeable fabrics. The wet microporous sizing of 0.03mm sizing has the best moisture permeability, with an average of 9271.19 g/m2‧24hrs. The wet microporous film has poor moisture permeability, with an average moisture permeability of 4316.49 g/m2‧24hrs. The wet microporous film has the best water pressure resistance, with an average water pressure resistance of 18369 mmH2O. The wet microporous film with a coating volume of 0.03mm has poor water pressure resistance, with an average water pressure resistance of 9506 mmH2O. The wet microporous film has the best peel strength, with a warp peel strength of 1.367kgf/inch and a weft peel strength of 1.680kgf/inch. The wet microporous sizing with a sizing amount of 0.03mm has poor peel strength, 0.776 kgf/inch in the warp direction and 0.852 kgf/inch in the weft direction. After washing and testing, the water pressure resistance and peel strength of wet microporous sizing decreased more, but the moisture permeability increased. The water pressure resistance and peeling strength of the wet microporous film are less reduced, but the moisture permeability rises less.
