    Abstract: 根據資策會產業情報研究所 MIC(2020)調查顯示,台灣大部分消費者只使用 1~3 款行動支付APP,所以企業應該將注意力放在如何讓更多的消費者下載自家研發的行動支付APP。過往的研究多數都集中於探討社群影響力對行動支付APP使用意願之影響,但鮮少討論影響消費者下載之因素。行動支付APP的下載在使用之前,因此,本研究想進一步探討社會影響力與行動支付APP載意願的關係。本研究透過問卷調查法,在網路發放問卷共收集近350位消費者作為研究樣本。實證結果顯示,社群影響力、知覺有用性及知覺易用性會正向影響消費者的下載意願,而知覺有用性及易用性對下載意願具有部分中介效果。此外,行動科技依賴雖然會負向干擾知覺有用性對下載意願的關係,但會正向干擾易用性對下載意願的關係。透過本次研究以提供行動支付業者,欲開發自家行動支付APP業者等瞭解會影響消費者下載行動支付APP的因素。
