摘要: | 隨著大眾對於吸濕快乾的要求,市面上產生了不同的加工方法來提升織物的吸濕排汗性能,如:異型斷面紗、織物親水柔軟劑加工、物組織結構改變等。本研究著重在織物規格固定時,使用不同種類的吸濕放濕紗,比較之間對於水分吸收跟乾燥的差異。透過 AATCC 197 紡織品垂直芯吸高度試驗、AATCC 79 紡織品吸水性試驗、AATCC 195 紡織品液體水分管理性能試驗及 AATCC201 織物乾燥速率試驗:加熱板法,利用實驗探討研究問題。從實驗結果得知,十字斷面紗在吸濕擴散及整體水分管理能力較優異,而水纖維圓形斷面紗與八角斷面紗在乾燥速率測試有較佳的表現。因十字斷面紗的斷面凹度較深,能容納較多的水分,使其在芯吸高度及擴散速率有優異的表現。而水纖維圓形斷面紗其附加之親水柔軟劑與八角斷面紗較淺的斷面凹度雖在吸濕效果略差於十字斷面紗,但在乾燥速率卻能有較佳的表現。以理論上來說八角斷面紗因凹槽較多,吸濕效果應為最佳,應有最佳的人體舒適感。但從實驗結果得知,紗線吸水效果需其紗線能附載較多水分,紗線即使含有較多的凹槽若凹痕不明顯反而會使整體水分管理能力下降。
With the public's requirements for moisture absorption and quick drying, different processing methods have been produced on the market to improve the moisture absorption and perspiration performance of fabrics, such as: special-shaped cross-veil, fabric hydrophilic softener processing, fabric structure change, etc. This research focuses on the use of different types of moisture-absorbing and moisture-releasing yarns when the fabric specifications are fixed, and comparing the differences between moisture absorption and drying. Through AATCC 197, AATCC 79, AATCC 195 and AATCC 201, use experiments to explore research issues. From the experimental results, it is known that the cross profiled yarn has excellent moisture absorption and diffusion and overall moisture management capabilities, while the water-fiber yarn and octagonal profiled yarn have better performance in the drying rate test. Because the cross profiled yarn has a deeper concavity, it can hold more water, so that it has excellent performance in wicking height and diffusion rate. The water-fiber yarn has the additional hydrophilic softener and the octagonal profiled yarn which has a relatively shallow cross-sectional concavity, although the moisture absorption effect is slightly worse than that of the cross profiled yarn, but it has better performance in the drying rate. In theory, the octagonal profiled yarn has more grooves, so the moisture absorption effect should be the best, and it should have the best human vi body comfort. However, it is known from the experimental results that the water absorption effect of the yarn requires that the yarn can carry more water. Even if the yarn contains more grooves, if the dents are not obvious, the overall water management ability will be reduced. |
