    Title: 多國籍企業外派人員之人格特質及個人屬性與其工作績效關係之研究

    Abstract: 台灣、日本企業在近幾年來積極的往外發展,尤其是泡沫化崩壞後為了持續企業的經營,奮力的從谷底爬出。為了延續企業的長久發展,不管是新建投資或是跨國併購,仍是以中國大陸為首要投資標的國。因此本研究的問題係探討多國籍企業外派人員之人格特質及個人屬性與其工作績效關係之研究。
      本研究係採用問卷調查法,以台商、日商多國籍企業的外派員工為發放對象,計發出130份問卷,扣除無效者,有效問卷為114份,有效問卷回收率為87.6%,另利用百分比法及單因子變異數分析法來分析資料,究結果發現:
    一、A型與B型的員工在工作績效上具有顯著差異。
    二、個人屬性在工作績效上學歷具有顯著差異。
    三、國籍對AB型人格特質與工作績效關係之影響不具有干擾效果。
    四、國籍對個人屬性與工作績效關係之影響年資具有顯著差異。
    Taiwanese and Japanese companies have been actively expanding abroad in recent years, especially after the bubble burst, and have struggled to keep their operations going.In order to sustain the long-term growth of enterprises, whether it be new investment or cross-border mergers and acquisitions, mainland China is still the primary investment target.Therefore, the problem of this study is to explore the relationship between personality and personal attributes of the expatriate personnel of multi-national enterprises and their performance.
    This research department adopts the questionnaire survey method, which targets employees of Taiwanese and Japanese enterprises with multiple nationalities, Results of the study found There were 130 questionnaires, 114 questionnaires, 87.6 percent questionnaires, and the data were analyzed by percentage and single factor variation analysis.
    1.There is a significant difference in performance between Type A and Type B employees.
    2.There are significant differences in personal attributes in the academic record of performance.
    3.The effect of nationality on the relationship between AB personality trait and job performance is not interfering.
    4.Nationality has a significant difference in seniority.
