The off-campus internship course is a simulation of students' career choices in the technical and vocational system. The primary aim of the school's planning of off-campus internships is to enable students to understand the gap between what they have learned at school and the industry's actual operation and implement the concept of combining theory with industry. It is expected that students can have the ability to enter the workplace after graduation. The objective of the study was to examine the association between extroversion personality traits and work productivity of interns in the beauty industry. The study also investigated the impact of the workplace's bureaucratic, supportive, and innovative organizational culture on interns' work productivity. This study also examined the moderating effect of organizational culture on the relationship between personality traits and work productivity. This research investigated ten beauty industry-related schools and departments in northern Taiwan. The research was aimed at the interns who have completed the industrial internship and participated in the industrial internship. From November 27 to December 14, 2020, 230 questionnaires were distributed, and 179 questionnaires were retrieved. There were 175 valid questionnaires after excluding invalid questionnaires, and the effective questionnaire rate was 76.08%. The hierarchical regression model shows that extroversion personality traits have a positive impact on work productivity. Furthermore, the bureaucratic, supportive, and innovative organizational culture has a positive relationship with work productivity. Finally, bureaucratic or supportive organizational culture has no moderating effect, while innovative organizational culture positively moderates the positive relationship between personality traits and work productivity. The more innovative the organizational culture, the stronger the relationship between extroversion personality traits and work productivity.
