依據臺北市商業處的統計資料,目前臺北市12個行政區共計有59處商圈,每一個商圈各有其特色。本研究的永康商圈歷經清朝統治、日據時期殖民、國民政府光復,讓永康商圈成為有歷史情感以及特殊人文的商圈,從台灣家喻戶曉的美食勝地轉變成世界各地觀光客爭相造訪的商圈,並且在多次的金融風暴衝擊下,依舊展現她迷人的風貌,因此選擇臺北市大安區的永康商圈做為研究標的。
永康商圈在臺北市大安區的西南,以永康公園與永康街為中心,向外延伸,主要商店集中在永康街、信義路、麗水街、金山南路以及金華街;商店以中西餐飲、服飾、茶葉、骨董文物為多數,其中享有盛名的思慕昔芒果冰更是許多觀光客指名必訪的名店。曾是交通部觀光局的國際光點計畫「康青龍生活街區」,後因當地居民抗議生活環境被干擾,於民國101年終止該計畫,商圈的店家也跟居民取得共識,負責環境的維護,還給商圈居民安寧,與居民和諧共生,形成與一般夜市型商圈完全不同的商圈。
本研究對永康商圈進行:1.市場調查;2.業態、業種的踏查;3.繪製地圖;4.消費者人潮流量;5.消費者問卷調查。彙整、分析收集的資料與數據,提供給想在永康商圈投資的業者或研究學者,藉此瞭解永康商圈的結構、消費者行為以及商圈的發展趨勢,商圈之間也可互相學習,良性競爭與創造更好的商圈環境,並且期望未來有學者可以持續調查、觀察商圈店家與消費者結構和消費型態的變化。
According to the statistically of the Taipei City Office of Commerce, there are 59 business districts in the 12 administrative districts of Taipei City. Each business district has its own characteristics. The Yongkang business district is one that has historical sentiments and attracts diners from all over the world. And despite the impact of many financial storms, still showed the charming, so chose the Yongkang Business District in Da-an District of Taipei City as the research target.
Yongkang Business District is located in the southwest area of Da-an District, Taipei city. Take the Yongkang Park and Yongkang street as the center and extend outward. The main stores are concentrated on Yongkang street, Xinyi Road, Lishui street, Jinshan South Road and Jinhua Street. Its stores are mainly Oriental and Western catering, clothing, tea, and antique cultural relics. One of the famous restaurant Smoothie House (shaved ice with mango) is that many tourists must visit. It was the Taiwan Tourism Bureau’s promotional plan “The International Spotlight Plan: Kang-Qing-Long Living District”. But this plan was terminated in 2012, because the residents protested the interference of their living environment. The shop owners of the business district reach a consensus with the residents that they would give tranquil life back to residents. They were also responsible for the cleanness of the environment and coexistence harmonious with the residents. It was totally different from the night market business district.
This study wants to conduct on Yongkang Business District as follow: 1. market research; 2. type of business, type of operation; 3. field study; 4. draw stores map; 5. visitor’s flowrate; 6. consumer survey. Analyzed and collected data can offer those who academic units or want to invest in Yongkang Business District, to understand the structure, consumer behavior and development trend. Business districts can also learn from each other, have a benign competition, create a better business environment.
