本研究旨在探討新北市托嬰中心托育人員工作壓力、情緒調節、工作倦怠之相關研究。研究方法採分層叢集抽樣方式問卷調查,以新北市公立托嬰中心8家托育人員、私立托育中心19家托育人員為研究對象進行資料蒐集,問卷總計發出260 份,回收245 份,刪除2 份填答不完整問卷,總計有效問卷為243 份,共計有效問卷回收率達93.46%。
問卷調查資料回收以統計套裝軟體SPSS18.0進行分析,資料分析主要採用統計方法包括:描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定考驗、單因子變異數分析和皮爾森積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等。統計分析的結果彙整主要研究結論。
本研究發現:
一、新北市托育人員整體工作壓力呈現中低程度,其中以「工作負荷」感受程度最大。
二、新北市托育人員整體情緒調節呈現中上程度,其中以「認知重評」感受程度最大。
三、新北市托育人員整體工作倦怠呈現中低程度,其中以「情緒耗竭」感受程度最大。
四、新北市托育中心托育人員之情緒調節策略,因畢業科系背景變項的不同,有顯著差異,工作倦怠感受程度,因教育程度背景變項的不同,有顯著差異。
五、新北市托育中心托育人員之工作壓力在與情緒調節有顯著低度正相關,工作壓力在與工作倦怠皆有顯著中度正相關。
六、工作壓力、情緒調節對工作倦怠有顯著預測力。
This study aims to understand the work stress, emotional regulation, and job burnout of nursery staff in New Taipei City nursery centers. It will also further explore the correlation and predictive power of background factors, work pressure, emotional regulation and job burnout. The research method adopts a stratified cluster sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on work stress, emotional regulation, and job burnout of nursery staff in nursery centers. 8 nursery staff in public nursery centers in New Taipei City and 19 nursery nurses in private nursery centers are used as examples. Data was collected from the research subjects selected. A total of 260 questionnaires were sent out, 245 completed ones were recovered, and 2 incomplete questionnaires were deleted. The total valid number of questionnaires was 243, and the total effective questionnaire recovery rate was 93.46%.
The data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed by the statistical package software SPSS18.0. The main statistical methods for data analysis included: descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson product difference correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the statistical analysis summarize the main research conclusions as follows:
1.The overall work pressure of New Taipei City nursery staff presents a low to medium level, of which "work load" is the most experienced.
2.The overall emotional regulation of nursery staff in New Taipei City showed a moderate to upper level, of which "cognitive reassessment" experienced the most
3. The overall job burnout of nursery staff in New Taipei City showed a moderate to low level, of which "emotional exhaustion" felt the most
4. The degree of emotional regulation of nursery staff in New Taipei City Nursery Centers is significantly different due to the background variables of the graduated department. The degree of job burnout is significantly different due to the background variables of the education level.
5.The work stress of the nursery staff in the New Taipei City Nursery Center is significantly low and positively correlated with emotional regulation, and work stress is significantly and moderately positively correlated with job burnout.
6.Work stress and emotional regulation have significant predictive power for job burnout.
