本研究針對醫療從業人員進行研究調查，旨在瞭解醫療從業人員休閒態度與旅遊行為之關聯性。藉由本研究能了解醫療服務產業人員休閒態度、旅遊行為的現況，紓解工作壓力的因應策略，共同來建立並提昇醫療服務人員的休閒與旅遊生活，進而提升醫院的形象，達成醫院永續經營的理念。
本研究主要分析休閒態度對旅遊行為的預測力，以醫療從業人員為對象，共發放500份問卷，回收490份，扣除22份無效問卷，最後有效問卷為468份，經SPSS 21統計軟體進行資料分析與處理後，以研究結果提出建議，供醫學中心做為醫院福利措施及未來施政相關單位與醫院管理者之政策參考。
The purpose of this study is to understand the correlation between the leisure atti-tude and travel behavior of medical practitioners. Through this study, we were able to understand the current situation of leisure attitudes and travel behaviors of medical service workers, and the strategies to relieve work pressure, so that we can establish and enhance the leisure and travel life of medical service workers, and then enhance the image of hospitals and achieve the concept of sustainable hospital management.
In this study, we analyzed the predictive power of leisure attitude on travel be-havior. The results of the study were used to make recommendations for the Medical Center to serve as a policy reference for hospital welfare measures and future admin-istration and hospital managers.
