| 摘要: | 隨著生活水準提高及醫療發達，人口高齡化的趨勢越來越明顯，台灣已於2018年轉為高齡社會，推估將於2025年邁入超高齡社會。高齡者居住問題在政府與民間機構的推動下，如今已日趨成熟與完善，然而高齡者入住長照機構的意願仍然很低，如何提供給老人一個安全舒適的室內外環境，已然成為當下重要之課題。
長期照顧機構中的景觀空間規劃分為很多種類，包括視覺上、文化上以及心靈上的不同種類。本研究以景觀空間療癒庭園為例想要藉由問卷調查，找出長期照顧機構所提供給的療癒庭園景觀規劃對於未來入住者選擇長期照顧機構的影響因素，提供景觀設計規劃的參考和高齡者心理及家人或參訪者的互動關係改善的依據；因此本研究在強調(一)庭園景觀在一般大眾對於生活中的的重要性與影響；(二)相對於目前的生活庭園景觀對於一般大眾是否在未來入住時是其重要的選擇因素之一。面對台灣人口結構的變化以及高齡社會的到來，長期照顧機構似乎是目前很重要的課題，以目前長期照顧機構的遍地開花良莠不齊，如何選擇一個好的長期照顧機構應該是普遍性的問題，景觀空間規劃對於使用者而言似乎是一個重要課題，而使用者並不限於以居住其中的長者應包含未來選擇入住長者等有關的人員。本研究以長期照顧機構設立標準探討長期照護機構的設立與景觀空間規劃中是否設立療癒庭園和選擇入住機構的影響因素，以一般民眾為調查對象，採用普查方式及自行設計之問卷為研究工具。
本調查研究結果，可以了解長期照護機構如設置設計療癒庭園與使用者選擇入住因素之關係，藉此調查找出影響未來住民或家屬對長照機構景觀空間設計規劃之滿意度、滿意之內容，進而協助長照機構提升景觀空間規劃設計及改善方向之參考，使即將居住於長照機構住民或家屬有更明確的比較與選擇使其得到的空間更能符合住民需求。
With the improvement of living standards and the development of medical care, the trend of aging population is becoming more and more obvious. Taiwan has turned into an elderly society in 2018, and it is estimated that it will enter a super-aged society in 2025. The housing problem of the elderly has become increasingly mature and improved under the promotion of the government and private institutions. However, the willingness of the elderly to live in long-term care institutions is still very low. How to provide the elderly with a safe and comfortable indoor and outdoor environment has become an important issue at the moment.
Landscape space planning in long-term care institutions is divided into many types, including visual, cultural, and spiritual. This study takes the landscape space healing garden as an example. It is intended to use questionnaires to find out the factors influencing the future residents to choose the long-term care organization in the landscape planning of the healing garden provided by the long-term care organization and provide reference and planning for the landscape design and planning. The basis for the improvement of the mentality of the elderly and the interaction between family members or visitors; therefore, this study emphasizes (1) the importance and influence of the garden landscape in the life of the public; (2) the impact of the current life garden landscape Whether the general public will move in in the future is one of its important selection factors. Faced with the changes in Taiwan’s demographic structure and the advent of an aging society, long-term care institutions seem to be a very important topic at present. With the current long-term care institutions blooming everywhere, good and bad, how to choose a good long-term care institution should be a universal issue. Landscape space Planning seems to be an important issue for users, and users are not limited to elders living in it, including those who choose to live in the elders in the future.
This research uses the long-term care institution establishment standards to explore the establishment of long-term care institutions and the influencing factors of whether to set up healing gardens and the selection of residential institutions in the landscape space planning. The public is used as the survey object, and the census method and self-designed questionnaires are used as research tools.
The research results of this survey can understand the relationship between long-term care institutions such as setting up and designing healing gardens and the user’s choice of accommodation factors, and use this survey to find out what affects future residents or their families’ satisfaction and satisfaction with the long-term care institution’s landscape space design planning The content, and then assist the long-term care institution to enhance the reference of the landscape space planning and improvement direction, so that the residents or family members who will live in the long-term care institution have clearer comparisons and choices so that the space they get can better meet the needs of the residents. |
