摘要: | 鐵道運輸肩負著以快速及準時地運輸大量的人員和貨物,是人們日常生活中相當依賴的交通運輸工具。在鐵道運輸中,一旦車輛發生了碰撞或者是脫軌事件,就有造成大量人員傷亡的風險。 執行時各式各樣運輸勤務,諸如月台上事故或從月台掉落以及與軌道車輛碰撞接觸之類的人身傷害事故的數量增加,越來越需要加強防止各類事故避免波及乘客安全。因此,有必要全面推廣各種安全措施,以實現民眾可以安心使用更安全的鐵路交通網絡。
另外,隨著鐵道事業機構面臨維繫運輸工作相關運務、機務、工務、電務部門的資深員工退休潮,加上新進人員缺乏鐵道知識與經驗不足的窘境,第一線經驗豐富的人力吃緊壓力以及實作磨練時期不夠的新進員工,鐵道運輸業者缺乏優秀人力的斷層日益嚴重。鐵道運輸單位長期以來即受訓練場地之建置及建置經費所限,因此應當強化舊制的員工訓練方式與設施,藉由新式智慧型可視化機器設備,且本研究以第一線員工為主要訓練對象。例如,採用沈浸式數位虛擬實境方式,受訓人員可以體驗各種作業職災的體感情境,並擴大訓練現場作業人員正確的安全行為與態度,以利提升訓練效能及訓練的品質並培養鐵道運輸人才的即戰力。訓練設施未來兼具國際學術與技術交流功能,為積極發揚臺灣阿里山鐵路擁有最複雜的鐵道多元性獨具魅力,提供臺灣高山鐵道的智慧訓練項目有別一般,蘊藏著滿滿的宜人風景及文化風貌。
本研究旨在探討藉由人工智慧(AI)、虛擬實境(AR)與擴增實境(VR)等技術,融入鐵道運輸事業機構之訓練,同時結合工安事件案例進行訓練,增進學習熱忱並進而降低工安事件之防範。本研究透過資訊系統整合模式之成效,融合社會互動臨場感、持續使用意圖與理性行為理論為研究架構,以鐵道事業機構訓練設施建置為目標,採用機率抽樣法進行問卷調查,利用結構方程模式PLS-SEM統計演算方法,建立其資訊系統成功模式。本研究預計推論出十九項假說,盼此建立本研究之目的,成功建立資訊系統整合模式,進一步蛻變轉化成可運用策略,期冀將研究成果應用於學術界或其他產業。
Railway transportation is responsible for transporting a large number of people and goods quickly and on time. It is a means of transportation that people rely on daily. If a vehicle collides or derails, there is a risk of causing a large number of casualties in railway transportation. During the execution of various transportation services, the number of personal injury accidents such as platform accidents or falling from platforms and collisions with rail vehicles has increased. There is an increasing need to strengthen the prevention of various accidents to avoid passenger injury. Therefore, it is necessary to promote various safety measures so that people can use a safer railway transportation network with peace of mind.
There are several main reasons for the railway transportation industry getting worse. The railway institutions are facing a wave of senior employees retirementing from transportation, engineering, public works, and electrical departments related to transportation work. The lack of railway knowledge and experience among new recruits, the front-line experienced manpower is under pressure as well as new employees who have not had enough practical training, the fault lies in the lack of excellent manpower in the railway transportation industry are on the increase.
Railway transportation units have long been limited by the construction and funding of the training venues. Therefore, the old system of employee training methods and facilities should be strengthened with new intelligent visualized machinery and equipment. For example, by using immersive digital virtual reality methods, trainees can experience the physical and emotional environment of various occupational disasters, and expand the training of correct safety behaviors and attitudes of field operators. Improve training efficiency and training quality and train railway transportation employees to have a better understanding how to handle the situations that may arise.
This research aims to explore the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (AR), and augmented reality (VR) technologies into the training of railway transportation institutions. At the same time, training is carried out in conjunction with industrial safety incidents to enhance learning and further reduce the prevention of industrial safety incidents. This research is based on the effectiveness of the information system integration model, integrating social interaction presence, continuous use intention, and rational behavior theory as the research framework, targeting the construction of training facilities in railway institutions, using probability sampling to conduct questionnaire surveys, and using structural equation models PLS-SEM statistical calculation method to establish a successful model of its information system. This research is expected to deduce 19 hypotheses. I hope that the purpose of this research is to successfully establish an information system integration model, further transform it into an applicable strategy, and hope to apply the research results to academia or other industries. |
