    摘要: 樹木結構與健康的維持需透過定期修剪。修剪方式的差異會影響枝芽生長,而不定芽的發生會影響樹木健康。本研究探討樹木修剪方式與不定芽萌發數量之間的關係及對樹木健康的影響。2019年5月至6月期間避開常綠闊葉樹種強生長期,選擇相思樹(Acacia confusa)、樟樹(Cinnamomum camphora)和大頭茶(Gordonia axillaris)等三種喬木進行修剪。應用截剪法施行縮剪與短截修剪樹枝,並於2019年6月至9月觀察不定芽萌發數量。結果顯示,相思樹縮剪修剪下,修剪枝條高度與不定芽萌發量呈現顯著正相關。大頭茶短截修剪下,枝條直徑與不定芽萌發量呈現正相關。樟樹無論縮剪或短截修剪下,不定芽的萌發量與枝條高度和枝條直徑,皆無顯著相關性。樹木修剪須根據樹種生長特性,選擇適當修剪方式,降低不定芽萌發的機率並維持樹木健康。
    Maintenance of tree's health and structure requires regular pruning. Pruning methods affect the bud development and the adventitious buds affect tree's health. This study investigated the correlation between pruning methods and adventitious bud development, and the influenced for tree's health. Three species of evergreen broad-leaved tree, Acacia confuse, Cinnamomum camphora, and Gordonia axillaris, were pruned during May and June to avoid the strong growth phase in 2019. Heading-back pruning technique were applied to perform thinning cut and heading cut. The numbers of adventitious bud after pruning were calculated during June and September in 2019. The thinning cut results of A. confuse showed significantly positive correlation between branch altitude and the numbers of adventitious bud. The heading cut results of G. axillaris showed significantly positive correlation between branch diameter and the numbers of adventitious bud. Regardless of the thinning cut and heading cut of C. camphora, there was no significant correlation between branch diameter, branch altitude and the numbers of adventitious bud. Tree pruning must choose appropriate pruning methods based on the growth characteristics of the tree species to reduce the chance of adventitious buds sprouting and maintain tree health.
