探討筋膜加壓帶(Flossband)加上徒手按摩對於誘發肌肉疲勞後肌力恢復及本體感覺是否有效益。方法:14名健康一般大學生為研究對象,進行反覆下蹲跳誘發肌肉疲勞。於誘發疲勞前、後及恢復處理介入大腿股四頭肌後,以等速肌力儀進行膝關節本體感覺測試及股四頭肌肌力測試。恢復處理介入方法為Flossband纏繞後加上徒手按摩(FM),共施作3次,每次3分20秒,纏繞加施作總時間為10分鐘及靜置休息(Con)10分鐘。以重複量數變異數分析(repeated measured ANOVA)考驗同一時間內不同恢復方式組別在疲勞前和疲勞後的表現差異,確保三組間疲勞前和疲勞後的表現是否有同質;每一種恢復方式以重複量數變異數分析考驗疲勞前及疲勞後的比較差異。當達到顯著水準時,再以多重比較分析檢定法進行事後分析比較。所有統計顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果:在本體感覺項目中FM疲勞後數據(AF)為5.5±2.4度與恢復處理後(AR)3.5±1.6度有顯著差異(p<.05);在肌肉表現上FM在最大肌力疲勞後數據(AF)為142.5±44.0 N-M與恢復處理後(AR)157.8±56.6 N-M達顯著差異(p<.05);平均力量上(AF)為124.9±37.9 N-M與恢復處理後(AR)138.6±47.2 N-M達顯著差異(p<.05)。結論:運動疲勞後使用筋膜加壓帶(Flossband)加上徒手按摩,可使下肢股四頭肌肌肉狀態恢復與膝關節本體感覺皆有恢復效益。
To investigate the effect of Flossband plus free hand massage on the recovery of muscle strength and proprioception after inducing muscle fatigue. Methods: 14 healthy college students were studied by repeated squat jumping to induce muscle fatigue. Knee proprioception test and quadriceps muscle strength test were performed by isokinetic muscle dynamometer before and after fatigue induction and after recovery treatment. The intervention method of recovery treatment was Flossband winding followed by free hand massage (FM) for 3 times, each time for 3 minutes and 20 seconds. The total time of twisting and applying was 10 minutes and rest (CON) for 10 minutes. Repeated measured ANOVA was used to test the performance differences between groups with different recovery methods before and after fatigue within the same time, to ensure whether the performance before and after fatigue were homogenous among the three groups. For each recovery method, repeated ANOVA was used to test the difference between pre - and post-fatigue. When the level of significance was reached, post hoc analysis was carried out by multiple comparative analysis. All statistically significant levels were set at α =.05. Results: In proprioceptive items, there was a significant difference between FM fatigue (AF) of 5.5±2.4 degrees and recovery (AR) of 3.5±1.6 degrees (P <.05). In terms of muscle performance, there was a significant difference between the AF (142.5±44.0 n-m) after FM and the AR (157.8±56.6 n-m) after recovery treatment (P <.05). The mean force on (AF) was 124.9±37.9 n-m and that after recovery (AR) was 138.6±47.2 n-m (P <.05). Conclusion: The use of fascia compression band (Flossband) and free hand massage after exercise fatigue can restore the quadriceps muscle state of the lower extremities and proprioception of the knee joint.
