    Abstract: 在邁向成功的道路上運動員會遇到各種的壓力和挑戰,因此積極因應逆境的能力是不可或缺的,而挫折復原力(resilience)正是運動員面對逆境,克服困難,達到成功目標的重要心理。本文的目的在回顧體育運動情境中挫折復原力的研究,希望能夠提供給體育運動專業人士研究和介入的參考。本文分四大部分敘述:1、挫折復原力概念;2、實證研究;3、測量工具;4、結論與未來研究建議。本研究結論指出,探討挫折復原力時必須掌握逆境和積極適應的內容,這樣才會對運動員的心理康寧有所助益。建議未來進行更多的縱貫研究以檢驗挫折復原力概念的動態過程、與各種心理資源的關係,以瞭解運動員在不同的時間點的挫折復原力情形。
    In their ways to athletic success, athletes encounter many stressors and challenges. Thus, athletes need to be resilient to cope adversities in order to achieve success. Resilience is defined as an athlete's psychological process that how he/she copes adversities, difficulties, and finally achieve success. The purpose of this paper was to review resilience literature in sports. By doing so, we hope to provide theoretical implications and applications for sports professionals. The paper was divided by four parts: (a) concept of resilience; (b) empirical studies; (c) measuring tools; and (d) conclusions and future suggestions.
