Abstract:	女性運動在各項運動中普遍增長，其中籃球係我國是最受矚目的運動項目之一。女子籃球並非像男子籃球發展的如此順利，對於過去針對女性角色的刻板印象及社會期待，使得女性在參與競技運動時，受到多重阻礙，甚至影響運動參與的機會。對於女性運動員來說，除了一份對運動的執著與熱忱外，社會支持的力量更是讓女性運動員維持運動的動力。研究內容主要包括三方面：女籃選手培訓與困境、社會支持重要性與社會支持來源影響分析。本文研究方法，是以文獻整理探討與歸納分析方式，進行女子籃球選手社會支持與運動參與之回顧，分析社會支持對運動參與之影響，並將其文獻分類與彙整，以利於填補其相關之研究缺口。本文研究最終目的，是希望喚起各界對選手多加支持與重視,提供關心女籃發展熱心者及各級教練訓練、輔導與後續學術參考。 Women's sports are growing in popularity, among all sports, women's basketball attracts the most attention in Taiwan. Women's basketball didn't develop as smoothly as men's basketball due to the stereotypes and social expectations to women. In the past, women encountered multiple obstructions when they participated sports competitions. The obstacles even affected the chances and will of participation. For female athletes, to maintain motions on sports, they not only need their dedication and enthusiasm, but also the support from the whole society. The study includes three main dimensions: The difficulties and dilemma on the training of female basketball players, the importance of social support, and analysis of social support sources effects. Methodology adopted in the study includes literature review and analysis. The study focuses on examining the social support and sports participation of female basketball players to analyze the effect of social support on sports participation, the study categorizes and reviews related literature in order to identify and fill research gaps. The ultimate purpose of this study is to arouse more support and attention to the athletes, and to provide reference for those who care about the development of women's basketball and coaches in training and counseling, as well as subsequent academic efforts.
