    Title: 競技體操吊環項目第II組群高難度靜止力量動作技術訓練之探討

    Abstract: 吊環是男子競技體操「力」的代表項目,歷年來,我國選手陸續在國際大賽中榮獲佳績,該項目已嚴然成為國內重點發展運動項目;為能在吊環項目上更加精進,本研究將針對吊環項目三種高難度靜止力量動作(直臂後翻壓上成十字支撐、直臂後翻壓上成上水平支撐,以及直臂後翻壓上成齊環平支撐)進行探討,解析動作訓練時相關技術要領及注意事項,並細分:一、力量動作技術解析(作用肌群及原理);二、動作技術輔助訓練(藉由運用較安全的輔助器械使選手在練習時,能更快速地掌握動作學習要領);三、動作技術訓練保護方式(透過教練或輔助員的方式協助,循序漸進地完成吊環高難度動作的技術,藉此達到訓練時事半功倍的效果);四、專項力量訓練(提高選手上肢的力量,增進運動表現)等四個部份探討分析與呈述實務訓練與教學之經驗協助。希盼,本研究訓練動作技術分析的內容,能夠提供教練在安排選手吊環力量動作技術訓練時,有更清晰的訓練方向。
    Rings are the representative of "strength" in men's artistic gymnastics. It has been the major developing event since Taiwanese athletes have successively earned great awards in international competitions. In order to promote this event, the present research focus on discussion over three kinds of difficult static movement techniques on the rings (straight arms flip back and press up to form a cross support, straight arms flip back and press up to become an upper horizontal support, and straight arms flip back and press up to form a flush support). The relevant technical essentials and precautions during exercise training were analyzed. Moreover, the training was divided into: 1. Analysis of strength movement technique (action muscle group and principle) ;2. Supplementary technique training (by using safer auxiliary equipment, players can catch the essentials of movement, learning more quickly when practicing); 3. Protection of technique training (under the assistance of coaches or assistants, to complete high difficulty rings technical movements step by step makes the training more efficient); 3. Specific strength training (enhance the strength of the upper limbs of the athletes and improve their athletic performance), for analysis. The practical training and teaching experience were presented as well. Hopefully, the content of the training movement technique analysis of this research can provide the coach with a clearer training direction when arranging the athlete's ring strength movement technique training.
