摘要:	籃球競賽時防守與進攻不斷輪替，籃球員的比賽位置有控球後衛、得分後衛、小前鋒、大前鋒與中鋒等，各有不同功能。本研究旨在針對專家學者所提出籃球運動員的專項能力評估標準進行文獻回顧，藉以提供國內籃球運動員與教練於訓練與選材之參考。本研究以文獻分析法蒐集國內外相關文獻進行資料彙整。結果發現，過去研究針對不同比賽位置籃球員能力評估進行研究後，提出評估的標準包括防守時7項，進攻時12項，並賦予各指標不同等級的權重。期望教練可以增加對於這些指標的認識，擴展籃球競賽與訓練視野，幫助訓練與選材。傑出籃球員可以藉此系統自我激勵，並做為自我評估，以做好球員角色。 In basketball competitions, defense and offense are constantly alternated. The positions of basketball players include point guard, shooting guard, small forward, power forward, and center, each with different functions. The Croatian research teams conducted research on the evaluation of the ability of basketball players in different game positions and proposed the evaluation criteria including 7 items on defense and 12 items on offense and assigned different levels of weight to each index. It is hoped that coaches can increase their understanding of these indicators, expand their horizons in basketball competition, train as well as talent identification. Hopefully, basketball players can use the system to motivate themselves and apply it as a self-evaluation to be a good player.
