平衡木是女子競技體操運動種類中最能反映其特點的項目之一,團身前空翻動作為國內外女子競技體操運動員編排整套時,常使用的向前系列難度空翻動作。本研究針對團身前空翻動作的訓練過程進行探討,並透過收集相關文獻資料,將動作技術說明細分為三個階段:起跳階段、騰空翻轉階段及落地階段,並解析技術及肌力訓練;而為了避免運動員在訓練過程中受傷,在實施團身前空翻動作時,建議應落實善用輔助器械增進空感的練習。此外,在運動員學習之初,可透過教練(保護者)協助保護與幫助之方式,縮短學習技術要領的時間,藉此加速學習動作的效率,以減少運動傷害之發生。
The balance beam is one of the events that best reflects the characteristics of women's competitive gymnastics. A front tuck somersault is a series of difficult forward somersaults often used when choreographing a complete set of movements for female competitive gymnasts in Taiwan and worldwide. This research discusses the training process of front tuck somersaults by collecting relevant literature. The technical description of the action is subdivided into three stages: the take-off stage, the flyover stage, and the landing stage, and analyzes the technique and muscle strength training. In order to prevent athletes from being injured during training, when athletes perform front tuck somersaults, it is recommended to increase the sense of flying by using auxiliary equipment properly. Moreover, in order to accelerate the efficiency of learning movements and reduce the chance of getting injuries, it is recommended to shorten the time for learning technical essentials through the help of coaches to protect the athlete's learning at the beginning.
