摘要: | 本研究旨在探討育有幼兒之臨床護理人員工作-家庭衝突、壓力知覺與離職傾向之關係。研究方法採立意取樣方式問卷調查,以育有幼兒之臨床護理人員為研究對象進行資料蒐集,共計發出問卷300份,回收300份問卷,總計有效問卷300份,共計有效問卷回收率達100%。
問卷調查資料回收以統計套裝軟體SPSS18.0進行分析,資料分析主要採用統計方法包括:描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森績差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等,本研究結果發現如下:
一、育有幼兒之臨床護理人員工作家庭衝突以「時間衝突」最高,因年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀態、服務年資背景變項不同有顯著性差異。
二、育有幼兒之臨床護理人員壓力知覺以「心理壓力知覺」最高,因年齡、服務年資背景變項不同有顯著性差異。
三、育有幼兒之臨床護理人員整體離職傾向為中高程度;因年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀態、服務年資背景變項不同有顯著性差異。
四、工作家庭衝突與壓力知覺為中度低正相關;工作家庭衝突、壓力知覺對離職傾向有中度正相關。
五、工作家庭衝突與壓力知覺對離職傾向有預測之效果。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the work of
clinical caregivers with young children - family conflict, stress perception and tendency to leave. The research method adopted the sampling method questionnaire survey, and collected data from clinical nursing staff with young children as the research object.Pre-test sampling was conducted and a total of 300 questionaire were issued,300 questionaires were collected ,and the effective recovery rate was 100%.
The questionnaire data collection is analyzed by the statistical package software SPSS18.0, and the data analysis mainly uses statistical methods including: descriptive statistics, single-factor variation analysis, Pearson performance difference correlation, gradual multiple regression analysis, etc., The results of this study are as follows:
1.The working family conflict of clinical nursing staff with young children is the highest in "time conflict” , There are significant differences in age, education, marital status and seniority background.
2.The clinical nursing staff with young children's stress perception to "psychological pressure perception" the highest, due to age, service seniority background variables are different and significant differences.
3.The overall tendency of clinical nursing staff with young children to leave the school is medium to high degree; There are significant differences depending on age, education level, marital status and service background.
4.There is a positive correlation between work-family conflict and moderate low stress perception; Work-family conflict, stress perception and a moderate positive correlation withthe tendency to leave.
5. Work-family conflict and stress perception have predictive effects on the tendency to leave. |
